Negative experience: The service from Ms. Izabel Potocka was very bad; she doesn’t call back, she doesn’t confirm anything by email regarding the prices, she charges the most expensive insurance for trip cancellation without explaining it in writing and without providing options for other insurance prices. Do not do business with Vision Travel; they are not honest and do not care about their clients, and for them, the customer is not always right. Very, very bad. Everything is well explained on Expedia; buy from Expedia, Selloff Vacations, etc.

Negative experience: They provided me with a lot of documents from my brother's trip when I ask them for the invoice they don't want to provide gives as a reason = confidentiality but why do you give me 100 pages of documents? They ask to pay by our credit cards the more they ask to pay in cash without any supporting documents. They are paid for them to reserve seats and they do not and keep the funds. They are real thieves, the worst experience of a travel agency go elsewhere don't do business with them!

Negative experience: Never purchase ticket with vision voyage..Group of scam charge in different ways and asking to pay cash and credit same time and never provide you the reciept (facture)

Negative experience: My company booked me a plane ticket with them. It’s catastrophic. Several unanswered calls despite 24/7 assistance. Today I called twice during opening hours and was told no, they start at 9 AM. It says 8:30 AM for opening hours so maybe that should be changed? After pushing, I finally got someone on the phone, but since I've been trying to reach them for 4 days, I unfortunately couldn't upgrade because there were no more seats (I should mention that I called the airline 2 days prior to see if there was still availability and yes, there were still 3 seats). I do not recommend this place. Here I am facing an 8:30 flight with my anxieties and fear of flying in the middle of 200 people. A big thank you! :)

Negative experience: Our company does business with them and I find the service deplorable. No help on evenings and weekends. When I try to make constructive comments, I am treated in a condescending manner. I would never use this agency for personal travel.
