They made me miss my flight due to their incompetence in changing the date and then they forced me to pay more than $1000. In short, if you want to throw your money out the window, go to them. Negative experience: We had excellent service in 2021 with Karine. This made us want to repeat the experience this year, unfortunately Karine no longer works there and the quality was not the same. Malik gave us wrong information regarding a credit, telling us that it took 6 hours to talk to representatives of the airlines. After waiting 2 weeks for a response from Malik, I called myself and after less than 1 minute I had a representative on the line with Copa Air Lines and within 10 minutes, everything was sorted out. In short, we waited on Voyages Paradis for nothing and lost over $300 in the process, in addition to not getting our travel credit. Disappointed.

I called them the first time, he started pretending he couldn't hear (2 times 'hello' said super fast and then he hung up) I call again and I get the same person and then he summarizes the dates without having talked about the reason for hanging up and then he announces the price, I respond 'okay thank you' and he hung up without a word. I wanted to confirm which company, layover,...... but no, the man hung up!!! But well, I'll repeat it :) happy not to have bought a ticket with you.
