Negative experience: The lady who answers the phone poorly knows her job. One of the worst services I have experienced since being in Quebec. The lady speaks in a completely arrogant tone. The best... when asking for dates around December 18, she says 'you know it's Christmas, right?' in an almost mocking tone. In short, she said that the agents were busy and that one of them would call me back... guess what... no sign of life. Reading the other comments and considering my experience, I could outright say that there is a hint of racism in her behavior.

Fantastic experience: Johanne Rossi has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her services, especially for Italy!

Negative experience: After meeting with a travel agent to plan a trip to Italy, the lady never followed up with us. We left messages and emails but always received no response. We had to go to another agency.

Negative experience: Mediocre customer service, I called to ask for information about pre-booking and they judged me as if I was looking for a fake plane ticket! Then they thought I was looking for a visa!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service

Negative experience: They are irresponsible. We bought ticket from them almost two months ago, and they haven't responded either with the tickets or the money. As soon as we sent them the money, they stopped responding to messages.

Fantastic experience: It's a pity I couldn't give a higher rating than 5 because I would have done so. I experienced a very stressful situation in Berlin where I was a victim of theft at the airport. My passport was among the stolen items. Thanks to Club Voyages Malavoy, particularly to Madame Catherine Thomas, I was able to return to Montreal 4 days later. She took care of everything including booking my return flight. A big thank you also to the Canadian embassy which issued me a temporary passport, allowing me to return to the country. Thank you very much for everything.

Fantastic experience: Je vous recommande de parler directement à Nancy. C'est une passionnée et elle est imaginative pour vous faire sauver du temps et de l'argent en plus de vous dénicher des perles qui vont "fitter" vos demandes spéciales. Pour le reste, Voyages Malavoy est une agence qui fonctionne à l'ancienne, c'est à dire qui ne fait pas du fourre-tout à la va vite mais qui prend le temps de personnaliser les voyages un client à la fois. J'espère ne pas voir de mon vivant la disparition commerciale de ces petites agences de voyage sympatiques. Elles sont irremplaçables.

Negative experience: They don't seem interested in selling. We had approached them by telephone 4 months ago with specifics about a holiday coming February. No response. I went in person last week, spent 45 minutes there, explaining what we were looking for and we were supposed to get options by email the next day. Nothing.... I called again after the weekend saying I had not received anything and she had an excuse why she had not sent the promised options. I detailed even more what we were looking for and again she promised to send me itineraries, options and prices. I am still waiting..... They were recommended to us, but I will never go there again.

Des employés professionnels et courtois qui connaissent extrêmement bien leur domaine. Je suis une voyageuse avec des attentes et des standards assez élevés et j'ai toujours été extrêmement satisfaite.
