Negative experience: Lack of professionalism!! I showed up to ask a few questions to maybe book a trip!! But the fact that I said I had looked up prices online before coming to the branch! The lady turned me away without wanting to say anything to me! If I understand correctly, it’s the confusion between travel companies! And the websites that sell the same tickets often cheaper. For me, I will never go back to Transat Legendre! Ps! I just wanted to ask questions regarding covid in Cuba.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to my agent Marie-Pier Lauzon who gave me excellent advice for our trip to Punta Cana. Especially in these uncertain times, she was able to guide us and take care of our appointments for Covid tests at the borders, a huge plus for me as I don't have the time to manage these details.
