Negative experience: Being new to the city of Quebec, I tried a new travel agency. My experience was very disappointing. The person who served me was not dynamic, smiling, or enthusiastic at all. I was looking forward to my appointment, but I left after only 10 minutes because I was so demoralized! I have dealt with other travel agencies in the past, and this one is clearly my worst experience!
