Positive experience: Attentive but busy people

Negative experience: Paid close to 200 dollars to the agency for luggage and seat reservation . Lost 500 dollars because this agency said they booked it but just stole my money . Buyer beware…dealt with Carolina . Currently dealing with Sophia who is rude and refuses to let me speak to a manager or the owner . Says “he doesn’t get involved “ in these matters. This is after many years of business . Disgusting Update : minutes after posting this Sofia finally actually opened up a complaint with tap claiming they did not receive the first one . They will not reimburse me and are passing the buck to the airline . This is why people go to travel agencies . Incredible lack of professionalism and lies from Sofia

Negative experience: My parents and I were visiting Portugal for 5 weeks and when we got to the airport for our return flight we found out that we had missed the flight because this agency didn’t notified us that our Porto - Lisbon layover was changed 20 days prior from august 21 at 2 pm to august 21 at 7 am. Which made us miss our Lisbon- Toronto flight. Embarrassing! Will never come back and will never recommend this agency!

Negative experience: Very disappointed!!! I was mislead into thinking I was purchasing direct flights only to find out the opposite. Once I payed for the tickets I was told by one of the agents I'd receive an email confirmation within hours. Those hours turned into days and I realized why once I read the email in detail: the direct flight tickets I had payed for weren't for a direct flight at all. And I just got the feeling the agent knew exactly what she was doing because of how the information was layed out in the email: on the top of the email it described the flight origin and destination without mentioning the stops but after a large gap on the email page then I found all the details with the stop over. Again this is just a feeling I have but it certainly is very strange. None the less .. I will not return my business to this agency at all.
