Fantastic experience: I get quick replies when I deal with them by email. They made our emergency trip so much easier. We'll be definitely be their customers again for future trips!
Negative experience: Unfortunately, the company has extremely incompetent employees. We bought tickets to Cuba with them and they misspelled my wife's name, which cost us time and money, and now at the time of travel we found out that they didn't make the reservation. Very frustrating to work with careless people!
Hello Alisson, Regarding your first issue, the name was giving correctly and in full to sunwing, because the name was too long, they have a separate system for that. Unfortunately, the airport personal failed to look into this system for a reason I cannot say why, Sunwing was contacted and they said everything was correct was really a failure from their employees at the airport. I told you guys could call Sunwing directly and verify this problem if you didn't believe the issue was cause by them and get all information you may need. They will refund the money paid at the airport because they know the issue was caused by them not us. About your second issue mentioned, the RESERVATIONS were made, they were sent by email so you could verify if all information were correct. After the reservations were sent, we were never contact regarding the payment of the reservation, we never received any form of payment, we never sent you the electronic tickets and the receipt of the purchase because they were never paid. If you wish to go ahead, you have to let us know you want to BUY the tickets and discuss the form of payment. And after noticed you didn’t purchase for the tickets, we were on a Sunday (we are closed on Sundays) help you to find another option and you decided still to purchase from us, the incompetent agency.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Mandala Travel 3 times over the last two years to purchase flights. I have dealt with both Deise and Bruna, both are extremely helpful. Always give you the best price, especially for flights to and from Brazil. Highly recommend them!
