Fantastic experience: We’ve been went to east side of Canada with Daniel To with us for 7 days. We got so many fun and feeling so good. He is the best tourist guide that I’ve been met.

Negative experience: We went to get general information and rent two cars. We took more than an hour to finalize the reservation. We clarified that we needed child seats. When we went to pick up the cars, they had not included the need for the seats, they charged us extra for them, and also, the insurance was not included in the price. The rental was already very expensive and on top of that, we were poorly informed. A disaster.

Negative experience: Flight Centre might have some of the worst and most unreliable customer service I have ever come across. For starters, the website consistently encounters errors when booking flights they have a dedicated option for it when calling in. I played along and waited for the assistance to which I was instructed the flight was full…To my surprise the exact same flight was available on many other websites (including their own while I was on the phone with them) Their solution was to try again, so I did to find the same error and decided to call their retail team for help instead. NOW the flight is available but only for a heightened price not listed on their website. To top that off, their emergency number for customers who book with them never seems to available for help or just someone looking to deflect my inquiries to an airline staffer. If you’re looking for a stress-free vacation booking, look anywhere else if you value your time and happiness.

Fantastic experience: We don’t typically use travel agents for trips but at a friend’s suggestion we reached out to Flight Centre. David Figueiredo is our agent and he’s been just great. After a mix up by one of our travel providers he spent hours on the phone getting everything corrected and made right for us. It’s great knowing that we have such support both while preparing for our trip and while traveling. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: As a younger person, I had never used a travel agent before, and honestly, now I see why nobody my age ever bothers. For me, there was basically no value provided. My wife and I were extremely busy, but decided we wanted to do a last minute trip to Egypt or Morocco. I met with Micky and we settled on Morocco given time restraints, and she helped us book a G Adventures Trip which we did thoroughly enjoy. However, there are some issues and caveats that cause me to be quite dissatisfied with Flight Centre in general. We indicated that when going to Morocco, our top "must-do" was to go into the Sahara and stay in the Berber-style camps that are quite popular in for travelers there. She ensured us the trip we booked included this, but upon arrival, this was not the case. We were going into the desert, to then stay in a hotel. I was extraordinarily disappointed with this, and tried to reach out to Micky, who simply did not respond. Now our tour guide in Morocco did go out of his way to resolve this, and organized for us to break off from the main group to go do it, but to me that reflects more positively on G-Adventures then on anything Flight Centre provided. So while Flight Centre did provide the basics of booking flights and the tour, it was truly not worth it. Google Flights is intuitive for basically anyone, and G-Adventures is one of the most well known companies that provides guided tours in areas like where we went. To me, the point of a travel agent would be to take the research and planning out of the equation for busy people. Here though, we had the trip misrepresented to us, and then had no customer service when we had a pressing issue. In hindsight, it would have been worth the afternoon of work on a weekend to simply research and book it myself, and I would certainly never bother with a travel agent again, let alone this one. Nothing out of what I could have done myself was provided, and it caused more stress than it did simplicity which is what I would have expected.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and wonderful staff. They reclaimed our cancelled flight fare from Royal Air Maroc. And RAM does not do that. RAM cancelled our flight from Marrakesh to Casablanca ongoing to Tangier. Great customer service from Flight Centre!

Limited information given to us re: the destination we were going to. Limited options provided for flights. Felt like we were being rushed to book that day.

Unfortunately, i didnt know my own ignorance i worked with an experienced flight centre professional. Booked over $10k+ of travel with Jeff and i know i have a safe, well organized, extended trip. Also helped with trip related matters like day trips and insurance.

Fantastic experience: Hello.. 9 of us went to Bahia Principe Fantasia Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican.( 3adults and 6 children).We all enjoyed the trip. I want to thank Sylvia at Flight Centre for all the help our bookings.. I would recommend this resort for families planning to travel with little kids/children etc. Very nice resort. If you want to try eating at different restaurants, please make reservations in advance. I mean by before leaving for vacation you can make reservation thru online.. Japanese restaurant we wanted to try was booked full for 5 days. Hotel buffet is still decent and excellent service .Staff's were very friendly. Just watch out for excursion trips, too expensive. Try and bargain to get good price.

We also ended up booking travelers insurance at a better cost than expected. Fantastic experience: Let’s face it. 2021 was a tough year. So when the govt of Canada loosened travel restrictions for fully vaxxed folks I decided to take advantage of the relative calm and visit friends overseas. At first I thought it would be straightforward to book my travel on my own but these days, booking a flight comes with many new complications. COVID permits and PCR tests, now top the list that includes old complications like, stop over hotels, travel insurance, travel medicine and visitor visas. Right away knew I was going to need professional help but the pandemic had blazed through the travel industry and burnt many agencies to ash. One of the few I found going strong was Flight Centre in at Bloor and Bay. I called and was connected with an agent, Jeffrey. He was great travel agent. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Very much a problem solver. Jeffrey helped me find the best available flight at a decent price and a decent hotel. He saved me money and stress. That would have been enough to make me happy, but then Jeffrey set up automatic emails to inform me of the upcoming flight. When I had a last minute question about the hotel at my stopover, Jeffrey responded to my email even though he was on vacation in the Caribbean and his colleague in the office was willing to help me. When I returned home Jeffrey checked in again to ask how everything worked out. Even asking about the lab I used for my PCR test to return home. Jeffrey is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I was getting mixed and confusing messages for flights over Christmas holidays from all major airlines when I tried to book online so I ended up using "old fashioned" travel agent at Flight Centre and had the fortune of dealing with Jeff (Pequeneza) and I'm glad I did because during the duration of six weeks of my travel I was getting updates and immediate attention from him via e-mails. I can't recommend Jeff enough especially during the Pandemic. I will definitely be using Jeff again for my future travel plans.

My wife and I went to Costa Rica and had to make an emergency change of flight and Mickey took care of it very quickly which took all the stress from us. I got her help with subsequent travel insurance claim that helped curb the emergency expenses. we are very grateful.

Negative experience: Went to the Yonge and Bloor location. The man was completely unhelpful, entitled and rude. Their working hours are terrible . I tried to write down the quotes that took 60 sec. of his time to research, and arrange for a meeting. He deleted the screen as a pulled out my pen. Terrible business practice.

Negative experience: Honestly spare yourself the hassle of dealing with these agents that get you no-where and do it yourself online. Really no point or benefit of going through them. 6 of us booked through flight centre square one 2 years ago and due to covid out trip eas pushed & they closed their location and our account was transferred to holt Renfrew location and they were a terrible experience. I guess it's common to be subpar at your job here.

Fantastic experience: I worked mainly with Lindsay and Tammy, who recommended the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in Punta Cana. Not only was this a fabulous recommendation ( the hotel was truly wonderful in most ways) but they were extremely attentive to my needs and desires. I told them what my priorities for a beach holiday are 1) Beach 2: Food 3:Room and this resulted in the Hyatt as their recommendation. They hit the nail right on the head. They reminded me about boarding passes , provided the appropriate web sites for any specific enquires and even sent an email the day before we left to come home with the link to the boarding pass site for seats leaving Punta Cana back to Toronto. They replied to all my enquires quickly and with the appropriate answers. It was a very pleasant , attentive , smooth , and highly satisfying interaction and relationship with these 2 at the Flight Centre at the Holt Renfrew Centre. I would highly recommend this travel agency for any one and I will be going back for any future travel arrangements

From day one in booking our trip through to arranging a return flight from New Zealand ahead of our return date, Penelope Hanson performed above and beyond to make sure we were booked back safely to Canada. Negative experience: Unprofessional service from people at this location. I made a significant purchase to purchase a vacation and the level of professionalism I received was less than I get from teenagers at fast food restaurants. My travel agent sends me an email on February 18, 2020 with my itinerary and telling me to check in and get my flight pass 24 hours before my flight time. She doesn’t tell me where I have to go to do this, no link in the email or anything. No instructions. I’m not an experienced traveler. I went to Flight Centre because of this and I have received professional service from them once in the past. Like I said this vacation amounts to a significant chunk of my net worth and I was treated with disregard. I emailed her back asking where I go to get the flight pass and to check in for the flight, she emails me back with a link. Just the link. No salutation. No instructions for me on how to get my flight pass. No nothing. I am disappointed and will not be using Flight Centre as a travel agent anymore.

She helped me get a prime hotel within Banff in a prime location, awesome car rental and amazing excursions and restaurant recommendations. Jessica, Shannon, Lou and Kyle assisted me on several occasions to arrange flights, hotels and day tours for my trip to Peru. From simple things like booking transportation for my family of 6 to and from airports, hotels, ships to more sensitive items like arranging gluten free dining and calling ahead to ensure no cross contamination in the kitchen for those of us with celiac disease - Shannon has come through for us time and again! On our most recent trip down east we were having a terrible time booking a rental car in Moncton and my wife said "call Shannon" - what do you know - Shannon found and booked a car for us at a great price within 30 minutes! Now I wouldn't think of planning a family trip without Shannon's involvement!

Fantastic experience: This is the fifth time I have used Flight Center to book a trip to Brisbane Australia. Up until my last booking I used different offices and different agents. For my last trip I happened to reach Jeffrey Pequeneza and I found him to be very helpful and very knowledgeable. I got a good price....matched to an online price I had found, and decent connections. I was very pleased. The day before I left Jeffrey phoned to wish me a good trip! I travel quite a bit and no other travel agent had ever done this before! Today I booked a trip to Brisbane for June and once again Jeffrey was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend him!
