Positive experience: Quick and cheap service! Went to go get my Vietnam Visa, $100 for 30 days, single entry. If you compare visa for other countries it does cost a lot, but when compared to other travel agencies for the same visa, half the price. I got the visa in 4 business days! The only reason why I give 4 stars is because you have to leave your passport and no paper work. They just take a photocopy of your passport and in that copy you write your address, phone number, duration and address of stay in Vietnam.

Negative experience: They deliver good information regarding flights, have good employees that are willing to work with you to get airplane tickets and have great and concise notes regarding your purchase. The only thing bad about this Travel Agency is they have bad service, I gave them my passport so they could verify my passport and get my entry visa to the county i'm visiting oversea to the Passport Office in Ottawa but they never since returned back to me since 4 weeks.
