Fantastic experience: Well organized, had a great time. Carole our tour guide did an amazing job,ensuring we were all looked after and even having great tips for meals,ways to get veggies, sights to see. She also made to long parts of the ride fun with stories and movies. Roy the bus driver wasfabulous safe, joyful and had funny stories to share too.

Fantastic experience: My mom and I just recently toured with comfort tours to New York City! What a great time we had! Julie was an amazing tour guide and had everything organized for us everyday! We had nothing to worry about other than getting to our pick up spot everyday! LOL. (And that was super easy) We were lucky to have John as our bus driver for our trip. And the way he manoeuvres thru New York is nothing short of amazing!! Great job John and Julie! We will definitely book in the future for another getaway!!

Fantastic experience: Just got back from NYC. Me & My Bestie had the Best time ever! We met some incredibly nice ppl and adopted a few along the way Empire State Building and the Brooklyn Bridge was awesome . We walked alot of kms but so worth it. Ending our nite with Margaritas on the 31st rooftop floor. What a view! Added shout out to Ken the driver. He was kool calm and drove those NYC streets so easily. Now Jessica...she was a great tour guide. Answering questions always smiling. Great team..great trip ❤️

Negative experience: Hotel was very loud at night - the Hyatt is a party hotel. Bus very uncomfortable. Also they expect you to pay out $50 for tipping at the end of the trip.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed a great trip to NYC in early August/24 with Natasha our guide. She was very friendly, engaged with everyone, and professional. Her personal anecdotes were the icing on the cake. Ken, our driver was very good natured, tidy, and a very competent driver. Hope to connect with them on another tour in the future.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I went with Comfort Tours for our first trip to New York. It was an amazing four days. We saw so much and had the opportunity to do so much more. Our driver Ken, was a brilliant driver and so very patient. Driving in New York can't be easy in a car, let alone a bus. Natasha our tour guide was full of fun and so very knowledgeable. The whole trip flowed Smoothly with us being informed on how each part of the trip would be managed and exact times advised to ensure everyone kept to the plan. We loved the trip, our bus mates and especially Ken and Natasha.

Positive experience: Just got back from 4 days NY tour. It was very good and lots of information was shared. Hotel in NJ was excellent. Itinerary was good. Our driver Ken was an excellent driver and very helpful. Natasha tried her best to keep everyone happy. The bus is little old and not very comfortable, if you are a tall person you will have problems. The seats are hard and not comfortable to travel 12 hour each way.

Fantastic experience: We just got back from a fantastic 4-day trip to New York! Huge shoutout to our driver, John, who made getting around the city a breeze, and our guide, Gerda, who was both knowledgeable and caring for our group and our comfort. I highly recommend this trip, especially for first-timers in New york who want an organized trip without the need to do much research or planning. We will definitely go on more trips with them.

Fantastic experience: Bucket list trip to Nashville and Memphis is now off bucket list. Our tour guide Jessica and bus driver Ken made the trip so enjoyable and amazing. Our first bus trip was a great experience. We will definitely book another trip with comfort tours. Jessica is an amazing host . On point with all pickups and departures. Knowledgeable of our trip details. A very upbeat positive lady. Ken was an amazing, courteous driver. His skills are beyond amazing. We felt very safe!

Negative experience: It's cool but I feel it's much better just travelling on your own. I went to New York and got a direct flight, better hotel, travel points, more freedom etc all for cheaper than when I did this. On the bus if one person has to use the restroom the whole bus has to wait, you have to sit on the bus for the entire day there goes your first and 4th day of the trip and you also are asked to share tables at the restaurant stop with strangers. They also promised us a "luxury motor coach" and we were seated on a "Denny's" budget bus. Do you know what a "luxury motor coach" is? This is the opposite. The seats didn't even recline and the material was like a carpet. They also called a Hyatt Regency a "luxury hotel". WHICH WAS AN HOUR AWAY FROM NYC. You're free to do as you please but I feel that this is misleading people. Yes this may be better suited for newbies or seniors but seasoned travellers are most likely better on their own. Our guide was very nice.

Positive experience: I enjoyed a 4-day NEW YORK CITY tour: December 29, 2023 – January 1, 2024. The Hotel: Hyatt Regency New Brunswick (in New Jersey). And, Julie, the Tour Director and John the Bus Driver. Pleased to share a few photos (below). Overall, an economical approach to a vacation with potential diversity in demographic, including but not limited to the social determinants. 5/5

Fantastic experience: I just got home yesterday from a 4-day NYC tour. My mom and I had a wonderful time. Our tour guide Natasha was wonderful and always happy to help with directions and giving recommendations for our free time. Our driver Ken was phenomenal. The congestion driving around NYC was insane and he's so calm, cool and collected. The hotel in New Jersey was also lovely. I will definitely be joining another tour hopefully next year!

Fantastic experience: It’s a second time we went to NYC with these guys, we had an amazing experience with John the bus driver and tour guides Hardy and Eliot , they were really knowledgeable, We have a plan for Chicago trip in the next time. Fantastic experience: Our tour was Oct 20-23,2016. It was absolutely amazing to NYC. Al (bus driver) and Natasha(tour guide) were incredible, Al maneuvering Manhattan & Natasha with her knowledge. the scenery was amazing with the fall colours and Al stopped at a few locations to let us take pictures. the tour they set up in New York was something we would never have been able to do on our own. the Hyatt Regency is a 5 star hotel in my opinion. people were very friendly and it was very clean and well organized when we arrived. I would definitely recommend any tours with this company.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I went on 4 day Quebec City bus tour. It was fantastic! Our bus driver Roxanne got us there and back safely and was great getting us through some tricky situations. Natasha our guide was the best. She went above and beyond to make sure that we all had the best experience. I would recommend Comfort Tours and we plan on booking another trip next year.

Positive experience: Natasha and John were very good. The 1st day tour in Central Park and then going to the 911 memorial was great. The descriptions along the way gave us great ideas of where to use our free time. For the most part, we enjoyed our visit and the tour. Things I thought could be better.... on the Island ferry ride, it was raining, and our bus got to the pier before a bus of other tourists. But our tour guide must not have said anything when they all pushed through the security ahead of us. And... taking us to a food court the first day for lunch was disappointing. It should have been an old classic NEW YORK eatery. Maybe a small classic deli or NY pizza. But I can go to a food court at the local mall.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start.. this has got to be one of the most amazing trips I have experienced, from having Natasha as our tour guide and John the most amazing professional driver! Natasha is so educated and really knows her stuff so very helpful and even checks in to make sure your good with everything from knowing where and what you want to do on your free time and giving many great tips, we really enjoyed her and will be booking another trip trough Comfort Tours in hopes Natasha will be our tour guide. As for John WOW how he deals with New York drivers I just don’t know how he does it, thank you both John and Natasha for our amazing trip look forward to seeing you both again! Oh I should also say something about the wonderful hotel we stayed at, the Marriott Bridgewater which is newly updated, very clean rooms and I had the best sleep ever on the comfy bed! The bathroom was nice size and loved the large walk-in shower with great water pressure! Staff was great and friendly in the restaurant and food was great for breakfast. We had dinner there one night too and the meatballs were to die for and hubby said the burger was very good! Thank you for helping us celebrate our 15 year anniversary it was definitely worth it!!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from the New York City tour with my family. Can’t say enough about our fantastic tour guide Julie and superb driver John. As a team, they were very informed, conscientious, patient, & knowledgeable staff. All the NYC trivia tidbits were very informative, funny, & rounded out a very memorable trip. We had a great boat tour around the Statue Of Liberty, walking around Manhattan, Times Square, on the High Line, Chinatown, & taking in all of the sights will be fondly remembered for a long time. Accommodations were also well enjoyed and comfortable. A big thank you to Comfort Tours. Would most definitely recommend to others wanting to see the Big Apple safely & comfortably.

Fantastic experience: This was a first time my husband and I have ever done a bus tour , and it exceeded both of our expectations. Julie and John were fabulous!! Accommodating beyond!! Fantastic experience: We recently took the NYC tour on June 29 - July 2, 2023 with a terrific, memorable, group of people, from youth to seniors & it was the most amazing trip. The tour guide/hostess Gerda was so inspiring, informative, met each individuals inquiries about NYC & a lot of fun to be with. Also, James, the #1 best friendliest, amazing bus driver ever. There is so much to see & do. This trip left us in awe of the city & are so grateful to Gerda & James for all they do to make people enjoy the experience. I rate it 100/10. Fantastic experience: Very happy with Comfort Tours. My son and I took a trip to Ottawa/Montreal/Quebec City. Great memories made! Ottawa is full of history, Montreal is eclectic with a vibrant night life, and Quebec City is gorgeous. Dress up and take pictures. I'm a single mom and wouldn't have driven the distance so the bus tour makes sense. The hotel was amazing. Beautiful and located in downtown Montreal, close to everything. The tours were good but too long. I think 1.5 hours is a better length to allow for more personal exploration time. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The boat tour around 1000 Islands on the last day ended the trip nicely. The bus tours are well-planned and executed; fairly priced; and super fun! I'm already planning a Nashville and NYC trip in 2023 through Comfort Tours. :)

( I generally don't like to travel as a group,but this tour was a great combination of group time and exploring city on your own) I can't say enough good things about our guardian angel aka bus driver Ken! Fantastic experience: I went to New York with my parents at the end of September and we had a great time! Our tour guide Jessica and the driver Jeff were really nice and made us feel welcomed. Jessica made sure we had a great experince and really went out of her way. She was very knowledgeable, knew the city well, answered any questions we had and made sure we got the best experience during the short time we were in NYC. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from the East Coast Tour. Was amazing. Julie our tour director was awesome. I would recommend this tour 100 percent. The only thing I would change is staying at the Rodd Royalty in Charlottetown the hotel is outdated.

We would never have experienced Boston the way we did if we went on our own. James our bus driver was the best. Always got the best parking spots and he could sing..lol. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We are just finishing our 4 day trip to NYC. Our tour guide was Natasha and our driver was John. I cannot say enough about this experience. Natasha has thought of everything. She shared her knowledge and experiences of NYC. She gave a thorough history of so many landmarks. Natasha covered so much in her group talks but also provided one on one advice for any excursions we hoped to take during our free time. With her guidance we were able to navigate the train and NYC subway. Her instructions were clear and concise. She was funny and very approachable. It was so nice to just be able to relax and have John drive us to and through NYC. He did a great job. I was traveling with my daughter-16 and her friend-15 and I felt safe. The only thing that I would have made the trip better would be to stay longer, although we did pack ALOT into our 2 days in NYC. I may visit again in December. Thanks for an amazing trip.

Fantastic experience: Just went to New York City last week. All I can say is that both Natasha and Ken were the best! Not only were they EXTREMELY kind they were also very helpful. They made this trip 1000x better, for sure. The bus was comfortable with foot rest’s and washroom and the hotel we stayed at, had a very luxurious feel to it. I am so glad we took this tour not only we learned SO MUCH about NYC, we also had so much extra time which was ideal for those who want to get more time walking and visiting the city at their own time. The highlight of this trip was definitely the ferry, seeing the Statue of Liberty so close really makes this experience PERFECT. Thank you comfort tours for providing clients with such a fulfilling, learning and fun experience. If I were to travel with you guys again, I will for sure make sure Natasha is the tour guide! Can’t wait to return to NYC

Negative experience: not a good idea if you have foreign passport to travel with them, easy to get turned back with no refund. they have 0 support on this part not even some basic clue most other agencies provide for example minimum 6months valid passport.

Positive experience: Good and great all through. The lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable tour director, Natasha was perhaps the highlight of the entire trip. Also, Ken the bus driver is such a lovely and down to earth older gentleman who earn everybody's respect in no time. A true veteran with impeccable skills whose flawless driving gives you absolute "comfort" on the road. Also the bus was clean and properly maintained. The only minor shortcomings were the less than desirable seats and the poor quality WiFi, which despite being stated as complimentary, but still, you'd expect a reliable WiFi a necessity in 2022. Overall, I would definitely sign on for another trip with Comfort Tours.

Positive experience: The tour is good, we had some problems with finding the right hotel wasted 2 hrs but at the end we end up at newly renovated Hyatt much better than Delta. I believe the tour director (very nice lady seems a bit novice)could communicate better more clearly to the group in termsof instructions. I feel the time spent in the park of Prime Minister Residence was wasted that was the only boring part of the trip. Overall I had good experience and would recommend Comfort Tour

Very professional caring friendly tour guides with exceptional patience and knowledge and love what they do in their job and role. Fantastic experience: Just got back from the NY trip on NYE.. what An amazing experience that leaves anyone no matter what age impressed and extremely happy with the quality and fun you get on this tour! From the coach bus driver to the hotel staff and of course the tour director it was perfect. Highly recommend this company for any of your touring purposes. Very personable staff and you can tell they love their job and love making everyone have a memorable comfort travel experience.

Fantastic experience: I took the trip along with my family to New York City for the 2020 new years and I've got to say that was the best experience of my life. The following points is what made me rate this company five stars and vouch for it's current rating. 1) The tour guide by the name of Jessica was the most pleasant tour guide ever and properly gave each and everyone their space. She also went out of her way to spend MONEY OUT OF HER POCKET to create a raffle near the end of the trip for all of the passengers. This is unbelievable! You've seriously got to give this woman a raise! 2) The bus driver was just as kind and has over 20 years of experience. He seriously pulled some sick moves that got everyone cheering for him in the bus. 3) The price of the trip was literally a steal even while it was high season. It was around ~$650 and came with three hotel nights and three breakfasts. The price of $650 alone is a flight from Toronto to NYC alone, so the fact that it came with three hotel nights and breakfast is a damn steal. 4) Some tour agencies don't include free time the way Comfort Tours does. They allow us to detach from the group at any given time and even account for free time in the tour schedule. Typically schedule was to wake up at 6:30 and eat breakfast, partake in the planned locations, and then have free time from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. If you want to stay longer, they will teach you the route to get back to the hotel. 5) Nothing much to say about the hotel though it wasn't bad or good. 6) There's one thing I don't like about society and it is regarding the topic of tips. The idea of tipping a person for their great efforts is now being transformed into a fee of some sorts. I'm sure many people can agree with that comment as you can get stingy feedback when you don't tip a person. I understand that people have to make a living, but tipping is an act of showing gratitude. In absolutely no way did I feel any pressure to tip and with that, they earned tip the right way unlike another Chinese based tour company I took in the past that had mandatory tip...

Fantastic experience: I've been to New York and Boston with comfort tours with my family and both experiences have been amazing! Caring tour guides, kind bus drivers, interesting sights. Best part is they bring local tour guides on the bus once you get to the location so you get to learn the history and the behind the scenes sights from natives of the area! The amount of downtime and touring is the perfect ratio so you never get tired of seeing too much or too little. The bus driver always find the fastest route so you're never too uncomfortable. I found that even the people that are also on the tour are wholesome people looking to learn and have a great time. No rowdy young people (I'm 23 myself) or disturbing people that will put a damper on the tour. Everyone feels like a family by the end of the short trip! Hotels are always amazing, never cheap, great amenities, and always great breakfasts fit for anyone's diet! I look forward on going to many more sight with my family through comfort tours. Especially being a first timer I was initially nervous giving a deposit and traveling being unsure of what to expect but the tour was nothing less than amazing. The bus driver and guide was skilled and friendly. Being a person with anxiety, it's hard to socialize but everyone on the bus because friends and it was nice to view a city with other first timers who shared the same excitement. The hotel was gorgeous and very clean. Well worth the price since you get a guided tour, transportation to the city, hotel and buffet breakfasts.

Fantastic experience: Hi all. My wife and I just came back from Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa and Thousand Islands. Had a wonderful time, thanks to our tour guide Felicia and our bus driver Harry. Anyone who wants to go on a tour I recommend Comfort Tours. Can't wait to go on our next tour.

Fantastic experience: We did a 3-day trip to Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and 1000 Islands in August. All I can say is that it's worth the price! We had a great time and really enjoyed every part of the tour. Our driver, Harry, was so professional and experienced. He also was very friendly, especially with kids. We were lucky to have him as our driver. However, our tour director Michael, was a little lazy and careless by the end of the trip. He miscounted the people in the bus once after we had made a stop and told the driver to start moving without half of my family. Once we arrive at the cities, we get a local tour guide from a third party company. The local tour guide for Montreal wasn't really good. She just wanted to get over with it and just rushed through everything. The tour guide for Quebec City however, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all your questions from the bottom of his heart. We didn't get a local tour guide in Ottawa, so Micheal (our tour director) was the guide for Ottawa. We just went around Ottawa in the bus, got to watch the change of guards at Parliament Hill and went to Rideau Hall. He just stayed near the bus and never accompanied us when we got off. He just told us where to go. He also skipped some of the itinerary in Ottawa (which I only realized when we came back). He was really conservative on time so I'm sure he skipped a few things so that we don't miss the 1000 Islands boat trip that departs every hour. They say that the hotel is a five star hotel - and it really is! Talking about 1000 Islands, it was a ferry that took us around some of the islands and even crossed the border into the USA. That was a good experience. The bus itself was a bus from Kunkel Bus lines. It was so luxurious compared to some other buses we saw - exterior and interior. It had Wi-Fi in it, power outlets, a small bathroom in the back and comfortable seats. Fortunately, the other people on the tour with us were nice and friendly. All in all, I think that this company is a little more expensive than some other competitors but I think it was worth it. I definitely recommend it and will go with this company again in the future. I just hope we get such a nice driver again and a better tour director!

Fantastic experience: Just got back from the Toronto to New York trip and the tour was exceptional! I've been to New York a few times before, but this tour brings you to see so much more. The guides were fantastic and very informative. The hotel we stayed at was of a high quality as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were looking for something different to do for our long weekend / his 59th birthday and with a little reluctance we decided to book the 4 day New York trip. He had never been to New York and we were a little nervous about driving ourselves so we booked with Comfort Tours and boy are we glad we did. We had an amazing time and honestly have no regrets at all. Our bus driver John was amazing and very prompt and professional and got us through the busy New York streets in record time not to mention to and from our home town of Grimsby safely. Our tour guide Natasha was equally amazing. Her knowledge of the city was endless and her detailed instructions of the amazing itinerary and what to expect was incredible right down to where to find restrooms and food every step of the way. She even knew it was his birthday on Sunday (which she only would see and remembered from our online registration) and gave him a special American dollar coin. She made our trip one we will remember always and even ended the trip with a chocolate kiss and a hug! Her and John both make an amazing team and if anyone is thinking about a New York tour you should request them as your guides and you will not regret it. Both are a class act. The 4 day time frame is the perfect amount of time to see the city for your first time as the 2nd and 3rd days are filled with the "must see's" in New York balanced with just enough time to do what we wanted to do on our own free time. The travel day 1 and home on day 4 were a perfect mix of rest and activity both ways. We are absolutely sold on Comfort Tours and are looking into the Chicago tour next. Anyone who is thinking about doing a bus tour we can tell you from our experience it was worth every penny we paid and have no regrets. Amazing trip and again a big thank you to John and Natasha.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from the Washington, D.C, trip and it was great. This is our second trip as our first one was in November 2018 to New York and both times were excellent and would highly recommend. 1st trip was with Natasha and 2nd trip with Julie. Both ladies were very informative and helpful with lots of information and ready to answer questions or assist in any way. We particularly like the format as they give us the tour first with all the highlights for the city we are in as well as directions and advice for things to do and then provide time in the afternoons to have personal time to explore on our own. It is also great meeting new people and friends on these trips! The accommodations are 1st class and the buffet breakfast is always great. We are definitely hoping to go on another tour and in fact wanted to know if Comfort Tours would ever include New Orleans on their tours. Joyce and Ron

Fantastic experience: Over the weekend (Labour day) my friend and I had the remarkable opportunity to see three great cities - Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec City, thanks to Comfort Tour Canada!!! It was an amazing experience and certainly exceeded the our expectations, especially for what we paid! Harry and Elena were both so thoughtful and thorough. We saw and learnt so much! Fantastic experience: I travelled with Comfort Tours Canada on a 4-day 3-nights (Hyatt Regency Newbrunswick NJ) trip from Toronto, ON to New York City, NY. Our Tour Director was Natasha and Driver named Miriam on a Kunkel coach bus. The trip was scheduled for travel on day 1 and 4. Day 2 and 3 was a guided tour and happened to be two of the hottest & humid days in NYC; 90 followed by 100 degrees temperature only! The hotel was very nice and the guided part of the trip was just enough history and information about the sights to make it a very memorable vacation. Crossing the border was an unbelievable experience, both TO in record time and BACK having the bus searched, all luggage and all passengers had to carry in all their belongings & purchases into the Customs office for processing. Thank you Natasha and Miriam for making it an exciting adventure!

Fantastic experience: First time on a bus tour and it was so much fun. Great tour guides and everyone was soo friendly. I will definitely be booking another trip!

Positive experience: Overall great tour however I was not too thrilled about our tour director Micheal. He rushed through a lot and didn’t even give us ideas of what to do with our free time i.e go see Montreal basilica Notre Dame. Overall good tour when you want to do quick highlights of each city you are visiting. The thousand island cruise and Quebec City was my favourite. Unfortunately the journey to Montreal is long from Toronto so there is not a lot of time to experience the city on our own except after 6pm but by then you are tired from having to sit on a bus for 6-7 hours. I would recommend the tour to be an extra day so folks can see more of Montreal on their own time. I would have also liked an extra day in Ottawa as this was rushed and the tour guide only was with us for 1.5 hours. We just sat most of the time in the bus looking at embassies historic buildings but no real time to explore the city on your own. I would recommend Comfort tours have options for 5 days for those who want to explore more.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went on the New York bus tour May 31-June 3,2018. We had a wonderful time it was a great experience. Our tour guide Natasha made the trip even more fantastic she is had so much knowleadge and was extremely helpful. Greg was a great driver. Are trip was great because of the care this two people have towards the group. Looking forward to another trip sometime soon.

Fantastic experience: Sue ( our travel director) and Miriam (our driver) were great, I can't say enough nice things about them. Sue was so helpful, and informative, and entertaining. Miriam manouvered that bus around New York like a Smart Car. We all had so much fun, saw so much, and walked for ever. We experienced city buses, the train to New Jersey, our bus, walking and a horse and carriage ride. Our hop on city guide Hardy, was very informative and showed us a lot of interesting sites. Robert our Horse and carriage driver was so knowledgeable, funny and very polite. This trip is well worth the money. Be prepared to walk a lot. Be prepared to have an exciting, informative, exhausting, fun, bonding, trip, because that is what you will get with Sue and Miriam from Comfort Tours.

Fantastic experience: I was with them on the 4 day-NYC tour and our tour guide was Gerda and it was an excellent trip! It was the last tour of the season leaving for New York, and the weather was not helpful at times (on the third day it was all windy and rainy), but it did not affect the fun of the trip at all. Gerda was pro-active and she took care of all the tourists' plans for that day and everyone was happy. She is such a fun person to talk to, I was one of the youngest people (and travelling alone) on the bus and she never, for once, let me feel like it. The hotel, the breakfast and the city sightseeing - everything was exceptional. Our driver Mariam, was another great person to have a company of. They both made the trip as lively as possible. A special thanks to them and team Comfort tour for making my first trip to USA memorable. I would definitely go on another trip with them..
