Fantastic experience: We are just back from the most wonderful trip to Greece, organized by Nick Dimitrakopoulos of Mr Travel. Ordinarily, we make all our own travel arrangements, but for this special “bucket list” trip to Greece, we looked for a Greek travel specialist to guide us. I am thrilled that we found Mr. Travel, 398 Danforth Avenue, Toronto. Nick listened carefully to our interests and what we hoped to see and accomplish on this trip; he also paid attention to our budget. He put together the most spectacular trip for us - and the entire trip went like clockwork. Every hotel he arranged for us was perfectly suited to us in comfort and location, and he suggested some additional outings that we might not have considered on our own and which turned out to be highlights. All of the transfers, whether it was from a ferry or a hotel or the airport, went exactly as planned in high quality vehicles with professional drivers, and we could not have been more comfortable or more looked after. I do not know how we would have managed all of the moving parts that Nick so carefully crafted for us, by ourselves. We also appreciated the special app, that allowed us to have all of our documents, our agenda, and Nick’s travel suggestions for restaurants and locations we might visit day by day. We highly recommend Mr Travel for your next big adventure.

Fantastic experience: Nick did a great job of setting up the trip very much according to our wishes. There were absolutely no issues with the entire trip - flights, car rentals, ferry connections, recommendations and accommodations. Fantastic experience: This is long overdue! Last year my mom and I planned a Europe trip for my birthday. Nick handled everything and I must say everything was so smooth and the service was amazing! I didn't need to worry about how to go to my hotel, they always had a translator in case the driver did not speak English and the hotels we were staying in were top class. Fantastic experience: 5* SERVICE 5* EXPERIENCE. From the very first moment I spoke to Nick he was quick to respond to my inquiries and emails including when he was out of town, talk about 5* service He provided advice and guidance to ultimately organizing a fabulous vacation to Milos and Paros. We stayed one night in Athens in a perfectly situated hotel with a spectacular view of the Acropolis from the hotel bar lounge and a 5 minute taxi drive that allowed us to explore the marina that evening for an amazing sunset and delicious dinner. Highly recommend. Movement from the Airport to our first hotel and thereafter to Milos and then Paros was absolutely seamless. The individual from each company that Nick organized.was waiting with a sign with our name to easily identify were truly friendly and professional. In Milos we stayed at the Artemis seaside resort which was spectacular, I recommend the room with plunge pool , refreshing. Saint Andrea resort in Paros that was superb from morning breakfast and view with the best service I have experienced ever-5* The tavel app that listed all our destinations time of departure made it very easy to refer to and to keep track of all our pick up times to hotel check-in times. Nick's recommendations for excursions and things to do on the islands were on point. We booked some of those excursions and they definitely didn't disappoint especially the cruise around Paros and also venturing off to Antiparos. I recommend renting a car to explore each island. Needless to say that my husband and I had an amazing trip all thanks to Nick and Mr. Travel. We will definitely return for all our future trips as it was a seamless, easy and a stress-free process. I highly recommend Nick and Mr. Travel for all your travel needs, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: “Had the most wonderful experience! Trip was like smooth clockwork, We were greeted and notified of all picks ups at all airports, ferry ports, which were all on time. All boat tours, ferries and hotel choices were awesome. Thank you soo much for the wine in Santorini which we enjoyed on our arrival on our balcony overlookingthe bay with the most spectacular breathtaking view. Fantastic experience: My partner and I just came back from the most incredible vacation to Greece. Fantastic experience: We worked with Nick on planning a family vacation to Greece and we were very happy with what Nick delivered. Every detail was taken care of from Athens, Paros, Santorini and both sides of Crete. The accommodations were amazing, the transfers and shuttle service very convenient, planned activities fun and overall we came away with great memories. Fantastic experience: Mr. Travel put together an amazing Greece trip for my wife and I. Our trip included Athens, Santorini, Paros and Mykonos and everything Nick put together was awesome. Fantastic experience: Nick truly ensured that our first trip to Greece was a wonderful experience. He created an itinerary that was right for us and made many great suggestions for which islands, restaurants, excursions and beaches. The hotels and locations were all terrific. When we wanted to change rental car plans he took care of all the changes and new transfers and every pick up was punctual and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about our amazing trip! Our flight, ferries and transfers were on time and meticulously planned. We loved the convenience of the app provided that ensured we were on time to our next destination and had all of our travel details in the palm of our hand. All of our accomodations were gorgeous and well situated with a view to die for. We found getting around was a breeze. Nick was great. He recommended a car rental and we could not be happier that we took his advice. We were able to get around both crete and paros easily and enjoy a ton of beautiful beaches and hiking trails. Nick answered all of our questions along the way and offered many suggestions on things to see from historical sites, to hidden gems and great restaurants. It was truly an unforgettable trip and I applaud the attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agency, avoid at all costs. My parents had two flights to Greece booked with Mr Travel before the Covid pandemic. When airlines were finally offering refunds we spoke to George at Mr Travel about getting our refund. Took a while but he finally told us to come by the office to pick up the refund for the tickets purchased. On arrival in his office we find out the refund is short $540.00, shocked and angry we ask what is going on. We could not get a straight answer from George as he gave us excuses such as currency exchange from Euro’s to Canadian dollars, also said that is the total amount the airline returned to him. When we spoke to the airline they told us that they never received any money from George from my parents flights and even if they did they always refund 100% of the purchase price because of the whole Covid situation. Many phone calls later between George and my parents with no results, they were treaded very rudely by George and Nick. My parents are seniors and on a fixed income so $540.00 is a lot of money, heck that’s a lot of money for anyone Left with no option I filed a complaint with TICO which is the travel industry Council of Ontario. I explained my situation and they promised to reach out to My travel to see what was going on. As soon as they spoke to George he called and was very angry with us as to why we called TICO and that we could have worked things out without us calling them. Thing is we tried and he was not willing to listen or help. It’s obvious TICO put some fear into him as they do have power to fine or even close travel agencies. Took a little while longer but the money was finally refunded to my parents thanks to TICO. I highly recommend TICO if you are having and issues with a airline or travel agency. Over all it was a very stressful situation for my parents and for me and a lot of work to get the money back but when you know you are right you need to fight for justice and we did. I do not recommend My travel and would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: If I can rate them less then 1 I would. Not recommended. Purchased ticket and the return flight did not exist talked to a Nick who told me that the flight exist went to airport they told me that the flight does not exist. Had to stay 2 days for nick at mr travel to fix my issue lost 1 day of work gas going to the airport had to take 2 rapid test. Was lied to by nick terrible service I do not recommend them

My husband and I booked our local Greece flights with Nick at Mr. Travel and due to an unforeseen circumstance, we needed to change our flight dates. We had called the airline company ourselves, only to be told that we couldn’t make any changes to our flight and that there was nothing they could do. We’re about to forfeit our tickets and lose all that money, but decided to reach out to Nick and explained our dilemma. He was very understanding and was determined to help us. Nick worked with his contact person in Greece and was able to get us a refund and rebooked our flights accordingly. Nick genuinely had his customer’s best interest at heart and we truly appreciated his help. We absolutely recommend Mr. Travel. Thank you for everything again, Nick!
