Negative experience: Sameer booked flight for my mother and I want to make some change in flight dates and he won’t help us to make change, even he answered unprofessionally and very rudely then after I directly deal with Eithad and change get credit of one ticket because of that sameer not give me refund.Very disappointed and look like local person with zero knowledge run the small business. Not recommended at all and go on cheapoair book your tickets with cheapest price instead of that agents.

Negative experience: This agency has the worst customer service. I called to just get a quote and I provided all the required information to her. She said, she is going to call me back just to give me their prices while she could do it just in time while I was talking to her. I asked why can't you do while I am on the phone with you like other agencies doing it. Guess what was her reply, "I don't have time at the moment". The customer service is unprofessional. No recommend it at all.

He also ensures Without any reminders ,special assistance features for my parents who are now requiring wheel chair and dietary requirements such as Hindu Jain Vegan meals and ensuring travel with 2 suitcase baggage allowances each along with health declaration forms or any requirements being completed in the check list. We have benefitted using his service especially during our Europe trip in where we saved over 2800 $ for our flights by using smaller lesser known airports and also during Our Australia trip by using OTHER more economical airlines in 2018. Madhur provides us basically peace of mind apart from his valuable services, fully knowing that he will help us for any travel situations that may arise. We purchase over a dozen flights from him annually and he has a CAN DO attitude and accommodates any requests with a make it happen nature that he has developed in his business. Negative experience: I was a very loyal customer and I have been booking with Ashok travel for years but I will not go back anymore. They send me a wrong itinerary for my flight and missed my flight. I ended up buying a whole new ticket from.The manager i spoke to was very rude and ignorant. I booked my entire family of 5 flight tickets with them and they messed up two of my flight tickets. They wouldn't admit and started yelling and swearing. Wow! I am so speechless. Worst travel agency and worst customer service.

Negative experience: This company has the worst rates . they quote you very high rates for flights while there are other cheaper rates available out there. i don't know why they just don't do their research and find the best rate for the customer , i would not book with them , i will never call them again for a quote either .
