Negative experience: Immediately ignored my request during a phone call, were dismissive and hung up. Apparently they do not book flights to the US. Interesting. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and professional. Family owned business. Normally the owner Mr. Mujib Chowdhury's wife receives the phone call. Bhabi is very nice, co cordial and helpful. I buy the tickets from them last 22 years. Last month I travelled BD through Biman BD and bought tickets through them. The price was lot cheaper than what found in Biman's online booking system by my own. As always, I really like their service.

Negative experience: I was looking for details on the most current travel restrictions so I gave this agency a call. I must say it was the biggest waste of time, unless you are a person who speaks Arabic it makes no sense to give them a call. The minute the sales rep realized I do not speak his language he became very rude and began asking repeatedly "what do you want" without giving me the opportunity to even try to respond.

Negative experience: I went there after seeing all the good reviews and I am really disappointed with their lack of interest in assisting to find a good deal with different airlines. My wife also called them for getting the tkt price and their behaviour was very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: They are such wonderful people. Helped me to my tickets for my family in one day notice. Above all, it always seemed to me that they are working for me. I will recommend strongly to get their service.
