They’ve worked with my family and I through a great many flights, tours, packages, and emergency travel back to Canada at the onset of Covid. Negative experience: We booked our destination wedding through Lisa at Book Me Travel back in August 2016 and it was and still is a nightmare. We had over 60 people book with her but it became evident that her and her staff couldn't handle that size of group. They were overwhelmed and made a lot of errors. They ended up not charging one of the individuals that went on the trip with us and only realized it once we came back. When they realized that they could not recover the funds from the individual, instead of writing it off or trying to work through their mistake, they took the money from my wife and I. We are now out of that money and have to sue them back for it. I find their actions very unethical, unprofessional and seems like a company that does not care about customer retention but instead just about money. Very disappointed in the way this is being handled and would never be a repeat customer because of it, nor will my guests.
