Fantastic experience: I have bought several flights to Brasil, Miami and Uruguay from them, their service was great and will use them in the future. They have the best deals if you are looking for fights in South America.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were off to South America for the first time to attend a wedding in Chile. We decided to make a big vacation with a couple of stops in Brazil, a couple of stops in Argentina before heading to Chile. Maria was very helpful with getting us flights to our various destinations at a great price. She also was even more helpful with visa information; how's and whys etc. Maria even had a letter for customs translated into Spanish so I could take film from country to country without being scanned.Everything on our trip was smooth as silk. We had to return from Chile early because of work and she arranged the new flights home very quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use her again as we will visit South America again Paul

Negative experience: I would study your itinerary carefullly Given an itinerary without thought to age and had to be reminded that a wheelchair had to be booked ) Messages ( two) to the office were not answered. There is an efficiency problem with this agency. Some staff need to go to charm school too.

Negative experience: It was closed when we got there but it seems like they have good rates and connections to brasil.

Negative experience: Before booking with them you should make sure they are giving the correct fee amount for your ticket. I was surprised to check my visa statement to a different amount than discussed. I called them back to find out what happened and they denied the amount given and that they cannot remember to say everything. Not happy with the service at all. One of the employees was always trying to get off from my calls so quickly that I thought was strange and now I understand why. Make sure you check with other agencies before closing with them

Negative experience: Didn't tell me I did not need a visa when the olimpics were o n in Brasil. Travelled to Toronto twice n rush hour traffic.

Negative experience: I called the agency for help in planning a group trip to Brazil. I was asked to send an email with the details to the attention of Maria. I immediately sent the email but didn't hear back from anyone so I sent a follow-up email the next day. That was a month ago. I've had no response at all. Not a good first impression - wouldn't recommend the agency.
