Negative experience: Super unprofessional, very rude (Marija). After years of being their customer, I ended up in a situation where she told me to wait for one more, and one more end after 3 weeks, she said ohhh, but tickets are not available anymore!!! Just of that, I lost $1500. After years of doing this job, it is good to skip them, maybe they will realize how to treat old customers.
