Fantastic experience: Robert and the staff at Total Advantage have been my travel agents for many many years now. I'm so glad I use them for a variety of reasons: They've saved me tons of money over the years by finding the best deals for me, they've acted as my *very competent* representatives when needing to deal with carrier changes and cancellations (thank goodness I used them for a trip that had to be cancelled because of the Pandemic!), and they've given me great advice regarding destinations and any nuances I might need to be aware of. I live part-time in the Caribbean and I always advise visiting friends to use Total Advantage. All of them have heeded my advice, and every single one of them has been SO happy they've followed it. Do yourself a favour and get a travel agent that will make your vacation more fun - instead of planning a vacation that turns out so stressful that you'll need another vacation to recover!

They were knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to deal with. All of my calls and emails were returned promptly and I felt that they truly valued my business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Total Advantage Travel to others especially if you’re planning a luxury vacation or a destination weddings. They even called me upon my return to ask how my vacation was, now that’s superb customer service!

Fantastic experience: Robert helped us plan our honeymoon and made the entire process so seamless! We told him what our checklist was and he exceeded all our expectations. Fantastic experience: I just returned from an amazing trip to Cayo Santa Maria Cuba. I have been booking with Robert for over 30 years and he never disappoints. We had a mixup on our room when we arrived. I called him at 11pm woke him up and he spoke directly with the hotel staff there to get the mistake taken care of. Fantastic experience: We booked our march break vacation with John Tokatlidis. We are a family of 7 and he was able to accommodate everything we needed. He recommended a good family friendly hotel. He beat the cheapesr online prices that were out there. We were able to sit together on the plane and as soon as we got to the hotel they upgraded us to the diamond club free of charge. He was also able to arrange for us to have connecting rooms as we needed 2 rooms. We will definitely be using John to book all of our future trips!
