Negative experience: I have been with this agency for more than 20 years. They are good but only when they need to take your money. Non educated and very rude people stay and live in 60's. Trying to lie each time I called to get my money back. IF YOU WANT TO LIE AT LEAST REMEMBER WHAT YOU SAY LAST TIME. Never call them. 1 star is too much for them. 0. NADA. FINISH.

Negative experience: Terrible service from Gordana! I was shocked at how rude and unproffesional this woman was. I’ve booked from many different travel agencies before and have never had any issues. She was annoyed at the questions I was asking about the flight and tryed to rush me into booking. She is incredibly rude, unhelpful and her tone of voice speaking to you is ridiculous. I can’t believe there are still people like this. I didn’t speak to anyone else other then her, so it is a shame that she ruined my experience with this place. Would never reccomend this agency to anyone. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Negative experience: Dont waste your time... they work on their own schedule they told me that they dont deal with certain countries however when I called back I got a different answer from a different representative. They use to be very good also their pricing has gone up compared to other travel agencies.

Fantastic experience: The 747 Travel people are very polite, helpful and extremely professional. They have been serving travelers and other customers for numerous of years. They have been very important for Serbian community today, as well as during the Serbia’s hard times and sanctions. Mihajlo and Gordana helped people in their needs, not necessarily travel ones! Their services were always on time and in the best interest of all the parties.

Negative experience: Worst customer service experience that I've ever had. Extremely rude and talk way too fast. I also heard them saying some really rude things in Serbian about me when she put me on hold.
