Negative experience: They are charging $100 per person because the government VISA website was down. Atrocious, dishonest way of stealing from customers as the VISA is only $35 US dollars. A your still charged the fee. They are gouging travellers three times the amount to assist!!!! Negative experience: This is the worst place to book flight to anywhere. The manager has no clue of the place. He couldn't answer any questions regarding my flight. I lost my flight due to the incompetence of his staff members. The manager of this place told me to either sue him or sue the airline company. I lost out on $1700 because of incompetent staff.Never again, will I use this place or recommend this nonsense place.

Positive experience: I can not really review this service, for I haven't booked any ticket with them. Twice I visited the office to use their fax service and once to inquire about the cost of a ticket to India. The travel agency has been operating for years at yorkgate mall. Whenever I go to the mall, I see the travel agents busy with customers.
