Negative experience: Was not acknowledged by any of the three agents sitting at their desks when I walked in. Asked for a minute of an agent’s time to quote me on a trip, and she replied that she had just returned from vacation and was too busy. I persisted and very quickly gave her the details of the trip and my contact information which she wrote down. I never heard back. Terrible customer service!
