Negative experience: This is a fraudulent business. They posed as one of the branches of Just Fly and collected money as their agent only to find out they are not affiliated through them. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back after they kept giving me the run around. The staff are obviously Indian but have western names like Carl and Kylie. Stay away from them

He definitely went the extra mile ensuring we were checked in with our seat selections and that we had our tickets for a basketball game. For future trips we will 100% be using Flyair!!

He booked all the tickets for my family members for my wedding, even when my Aunt and her family missed their flight (they did get their passports in time) he work with them to secure another flight. I would recommend a million times over.

I don't recommend, it's a lot of a mess, employees don’t have ability to solve problems , canceled flights, delayed flights! It sucks!

Negative experience: I was referred to Munir and his travel agency by a friend sometime in February 2023. I reached out to him a couple times via phone- he has terrible phone etiquette he places you on hold without coming back I have gotten hang up on without a call back. I still decided to give him a try and booked a ticket for this summer I sent payment March 7,2023 I have been calling to make changes/add to my booking and today is June 6,2023 I have not received a call back or details on my booking. This company is very unprofessional and does not respect the time of their clients. If you only cater to individuals who walk in to the actual location you should be upfront and say this allowing one to choice what works best for them. I cant wait until I no longer have to deal with this company.
