Fantastic experience: This is the first time I'm booking with Melita Travel with new owners. Jay has been very accommodating and patient. He has always answered my questions and was always available to accommodate my needs.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Harpreet to book a flight in order to bring a deceased loved one back home. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed to do before my trip. There was a lot of back and forth between us and he was very patient in dealing with me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience in dealing with them.

Positive experience: Fair place

Negative experience: Our family booked a European holiday this past summer with them only to find out while in Italy our luggage was not covered to our next destination. We had to pay 400 euros out of pocket. When we arrived home we called Melita travel they advised that the luggage was paid for and they would contact the airline for us. I had to follow up multiple time and the last time there was no response from them. No credit was ever issued. You would do better to book on line by yourself! Even with these agents you cannot trust what you are getting could of got this trip much cheaper and with no hassle so Where else. This is not the say Melita travel my family use to book with!

Negative experience: I don’t know who is running this place now but service is terrible!!! Answering phone as if it is a private number, hasn’t returned call with information after 3 weeks now. I will never use their services again unless it transfers ownership to anyone else. Previous agent was phenomenal!!! Sadly he left awhile back. Same lack of care for my sister as well!! So sad this much loved establishment is being driven into the ground

Negative experience: Yesterday I called and had an extensive conversation with a guy named Jay. I'm not sure if I'm spelling his name right. I told him right off the bat I wanted somewhere different than Cancun Cuba or the DR. He basically ignored me but whatever he said he would get back to me with offers within a few hours. It is the next day and still nothing. I checked my spam. Very unprofessional. There are so many better options out there people!

Fantastic experience: I was impressed by the way Nav resolved our concerns and was patient to book our flights. It was our emergency situation and we needed the flight immediately. He got us at excellent price & I recommend everyone to choose Melita Travel

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that we found this travel agency. We had been planning a trip to Malta in September since March of this year, (2023). The travel agent we were previously dealing with was not very forthcoming. It was now July, and we were fearful that accommodations would be booked for September. We googled travel agencies that specialized in Malta, and found Melita Travel Service. Melita is located in little Malta (Toronto junction) We had excellent service and we are now confirmed for our dream Malta trip. Thank you Nav! Barbara Fleming

Fantastic experience: Today I spoke to the most wonderful man who restored my faith in humanity. Before calling this travel agency, I had called a different place to learn about travel restrictions and rules for unvaccinated Canadians. The lady at the other place was very aggressive and condescending right from the beginning of our conversation when I simply asked about the restrictions. Her answer was that I could not travel under any other circumstance unless I had a medical exemption. She wouldn’t divulge any other information and although I do have a medical exemption, I simply wanted to know what the steps I needed to take were. I had to pull teeth to get answers from her as she continued to be extremely defensive and rude. I kept being friendly and politely ended the call despite her horrible attitude. After that call I called Melita travel and spoke to the nicest gentleman who informed me of all the details I needed which included other exceptions for travel that the other place never even tried to mention. He was so kind and supportive that it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for being a kind human in a world where people have lost their way.

Fantastic experience: We used Paul to book our family vacation to Malta. Had a wonderful experience and everything went smoothly. Amsterdam and Paris were our layovers to and from Malta. The only regret and one we learned that Paul will help us with in the future, is we would like to have stayed a few days in Amsterdam and Paris along our way...
