I will never forget the kindness of Brother Karam and his follow-up with me through his contacts to facilitate my obtaining a Hajj visa this year after I tried several times and my efforts failed. As for the trip from Toronto to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and back, it was a successful and arranged trip at all levels, and by that I mean Hajj Fayez and Hajj Muhammad Ruqayyah, as they accompanied the pilgrims throughout our stay and did not hesitate to help at any time, whether by presence or through telephone calls. Positive experience: I went this month to Umrah with Almadinah Hajj Travel inc and from the beginning Karam was really nice and helpful he stand with me even before I go to umrah and in the airport ~ I lived personally with haji Fayez when I was in Madinah and Mecca and speaking genuinely he take care of me and every time he was asking me if you need anything please tell me many times I borrowed from him money cuz I didn’t brought with me cash . So important to take cash with you and don’t use Canadian visa cuz every time I was using it they charged me maybe 5 bucks for each transaction and I didn’t know that till they took from my cart 140 bucks . Back to our topic You known that this inc is good when you decide to go with them another time . Only heads up I wished the free meal( open buffet) be at lunch time not at the morning (6-10.30) it’s my personal preference Thank you brother Karam and my uncle Fayez

Positive experience: Alhumdululillah! Completed hajj journey with Brother Faez from Al Madeena Travel. Hajj journey is meant to be challenging but Brother Faez guided us and helped us complete all Manasik of Hajj. Though there were challenges in management from Rawaf Mina, but Brother Faez made sure we were able to complete everything in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Asalamualakum this experience was horrible the plane was an old no air conditioned plane . At the end the manger without notice had left us and we were alone at the airport when they said the would take us from Canada and back while we were left with no guidance i would suspect better but I hop this review really show how poor they treated us. Negative experience: The worst experience ever and now I am talking and we are stuck in the bus 11 hours before our flight. The person in charge is disappeared without notice even though during booking they mentioned that they will be with us from YYZ airport to YYZ! No communication no guidance. I will never ever repeat this trip through this company and discourage anyone to go through them.

Fantastic experience: Al Madena Hajj and travel is organized by Haji Niaz Alakoozai. The hotel booking, airline tickets and visa plus Ziarats are all included in the package. The flights and hotels selected were fantastic; the hotel was booked within 5 minutes walking distance to Madena and Makkah mosques, and it worked out considerably cheaper to book as a package than booking online by yourself. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: December 2022, this was my second time traveling with Al Madeena, first was for Hajj, this was for Umrah. Al Madeena provided incredible service for this Winter Break Umrah, from the guided Ziyarat in Makkah and Madinah, to the timely transportation, incredible hotels at ZamZam Pullman, we had 2 phenomenal Imams leading the groups. Over here in Canada, we had brother Faiz providing phenomenal and professional guidance, taking care of literally every aspect of the Umrah. We received a solid set of Ihrams, baggages, and several prep calls on every aspect of the trip. I had the option of self-administering this Umrah trip, but I'm so glad I didn't. There's an incredible amount of headache that comes with all the nuances, specially if you don't speak Arabic. I'm glad I went with Al Madeena to have a hassle free trip, so we can focus on Ibadah. Although the Umrah package is priced competitively, and self-administering might let you save a couple hundred bucks - but you really can't put a price on the peace of mind. Al Madeena continues to excel as the leading Umrah Agency in North America, and InshAllah I look forward to another trip in 2023 with them.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdullilah, we just returned from Umrah Dec 2022 (December 19-December 30). It was a fantastic experience with Al Madeena. Whatever they committed, they fulfilled. We went with them twice (Hajj 2018 & Umrah 2022) and received excellent services. If there is an option to give more than 5 stars, I would have done so. Some points: 1) Before Umrah, whenever we sent an email to Madeena, brother Karam or brother Faiz replied the same day 2) We did not worry about taking care of our itinerary; they organized everything (tickets, E visa, etc.) 3) There was a continuously updated WhatsApp group, so there was no chance of missing anything 4) For this December Umrah trip, the journey started with Egypt Airlines, and their service was good 5) While arriving from Toronto to Jeddah, the Imam united our group to get on the bus at the Airport. It was amazing to find all the individual families and get them on the bus on time. The bus was excellent as well. 6) On the bus, Al Madeena organized vendors for SIM Cards. 7) Imam gave us plenty of time for our rest after arriving at the hotel, and Alhamdulillah, we completed our Umrah with our Imam and group on time (no tiredness at all) 8) The Clock Tower hotel (Pullman Zamzam) was terrific. 1 min walk to the Haram (Kabah). The Hotel breakfast was excellent too. 9) We received the same quality of service in Madinah as well. So many places to visit with the two Imams, and we felt there was no communication barrier. We are very much satisfied with what we have spent. Al Madeena exceeded our expectations. To share another experience, I have an opposite lesson learned with another Canadian travel agency. They did not return our Umrah trip money ($5,600) that was canceled during COVID, since we did not receive any service. So be careful when choosing a travel agency, especially for Umrah and Hajj. On the other hand, we had booked Al Madeena for Hajj in 2022, which was canceled by Saudi government. Al Madeena returned our money ASAP. This shows the difference in honesty between Al Madeena, and other competitive agencies. This is why I don't hesitate to give the number 1 ranking to Al Madeena. May ALLAH bless this travel agency with all baraka.

Fantastic experience: We just completed our umrah tour with Al Madeena Hajj Travels. It was an amazing experience and accommodations and all other planning were excellent. Al Madeena does what they say they would do. In previous hajj travel, Al Madeena had the buses on the day of Arafat ahead of other agencies, thus avoiding traffic and delays. I would highly recommend Al Madeena to anyone who is looking to book umrah or hajj.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time on the Umrah alhamdolEllah, followed by going to Turkey. The people working on the group were awesome. They were always available when you needed them. The trip was not free from some issues but the way they handled it was very good, they did their best to manage it quickly and they listened to feedback. Fantastic experience: Recently performed Umra, December 2022, arranged by this company. The whole trip was very well arranged. There were no surprises and everything was exactly as promised by them. Two leaders were very helpful and answered any questions posed by pilgrims. Accommodation was in the same hotel as announced and check in was a breeze: their representative was there with your room key and you just take the key and go into room, no hassle. Transportation provided was of best quality and timely. I don't think there was any mismanagement from their side from start to finish. I will use them again in future whenever I go for Umra or Hajj in a group and I highly recommend their services. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience Alhamdulilah. Brother Karam is very quick to respond to questions or concerns and made sure the trip went very smoothly throughout the two weeks. I am glad I chose Al Madeena Travel Agency for my first time going to Umrah. The hotels were also very close to Masjid AnNabawi and the Kaaba! Everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about anything other than worshipping Allah in those days. Will definitely choose them again! Jazak Allah for everything. Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked with Al-Madeena for the Nov Al-Aqsa & Umrah package. It was a long awaited desire to pray at masjid Al-Aqsa. The booking process with Al-Madeena was very smooth. Br. Karam is efficient at answering any concerns and questions. He even delivered our Umrah package to our home before the trip. Unlike some other agencies we were looking at for Jerusalem, Al-Madeena doesn't pressure you or repeated call. They give you the information you need and required documents/payment details. The follow-through is very simple & respectful. Our package was Toronto-Amman-Jerusalem-Amman-Madina-Makkah-YYZ. Royal Jordanian is an okay airline, the flight does a technical stop in Montreal both ways (you do not need to leave the plane). The meal options are limited if you are vegetarian or have allergies but the plane itself is comfortable. In Amman, we stayed at the Coral Tower hotel, it was above our expectations. King Abdullah mosque is a 15-min walk from this hotel and the women's section is open for prayer too. In Amman, we visited the Cave of the Seven Sleepers, Amman citadel, Roman theatre, and Prophet Yousha's resting place. Prior to our departure, Sh. Azzam walked us through the procedures for entering Jerusalem. Pay attention to these tips, they were helpful. The drive is technically around 1.5 hours, however, when taking customs and immigration into consideration it can take up to 6 hours. The group is supportive and the leader, Br. Faez is caring and provides a calming presence. In Jerusalem, we stayed at the Holy Land hotel (breakfast and dinner included). It is and 8-10 min walk to the mosque. The walk has some steps, we had no issue but some of the seniors with us were unable to walk the distance - a solution was to book a golf cart and divide the cost which was $20 US one way. It is a privilege to pray at Al-Aqsa, I suggest to not miss any opportunity to do so. Bro. Faez helped the seniors with the arrangement which was very kind of him. While in Jerusalem, there were daily Islamic excursions booked with Al-Madeena with a very informative tour guide (Ehab). The sites we visited included significance to Ibrahim (a), Ishaq (a), Davood (a), Musa (a), Zakariyah (a), Mariam (a), Omar Ibn-Al-Katab mosque, wall of Boraq and much much more. The tours are extremely historic and spiritually rejuvenating. Returning to Amman is smoother than the drive in, nonetheless, the group waited for everyone to complete immigration which is reassuring. We spent some time in Amman by the Dead Sea before our red eye flight to Madina. We stayed at the Pullman Zam Zam hotel (breakfast included with a rooftop view of the haram), a 5-7 min walk to both men and women gates. The hotel was luxurious. At this time, a pre-booking was required for Rowdah thru an app called Nusk (both men and women). This very well could be subject to change. Sh. Azzam provided us with a tour of Masjid Al-Nabawi and also started Katam Al-Quran. We also visited masjid Quba, masjid Qiblatain, Jabl Uhud, and Janat Al-Baqi (men only). After four days in Madinah we went to Makkah (we split from the group and took a train). In Makkah, we stayed at the Pullman Zam Zam as well (breakfast was included). This hotel was descent and did the job for two nights, its a 5 min walk to the haram and is in the clock tower where there is a hall for prayer too. Sh. Azzam led the group for Umrah and a day tour. Finally, a farewell dinner was arranged for in Makkah. Overall, we will continue to recommend Al-Madeena and would return to use their services. The team is compassionate, organized, responsible, and accommodating. Notes: - Zam Zam can be purchased at Jeddah airport prior to departure - Local laundry services are available in Madina - Saudi SIM cards can be purchased (for ordering UberEats etc.) - English was commonly spoken - Taking $US is best for currency exchange - Local pharmacies (nahdi) are available in Madina and Makkah - Grocery stores are accessible - Buses for tours are well equipped (USB ports & bathrooms)

Positive experience: I have been dealing with Br. Faez since 2020 when our Hajj got canceled due to covid-19. Br. Faez refunded the whole amount when requested without any hesitation (Thank you again). Fast forward 2022 I had to cancel 3 of my family members Hajj request processing due to unforseen reasons. I had made full payment for all 3 of them but again Br. Faez refunded the whole amount without asking any question. So far I have very positive experience dealing with Br. Faez and hoping to have the same during the journey of my lifetime this year Inshallah.
