Negative experience: BEWARE, AVOID, STAY AWAY. Below is the Honest Feedback. PIA cancelled flights due to COVID-19, & Issued full Refund, but this agency is so Unethical & Shady that they refused to process my Refund unless i pay them $500 (Never Disclosed) service charges ($100 each on 5 Tickets). He probably did so because he missed his commission from Airline due to Cancelled Flights & decided to make money from me. I had no option except to pay him to release my refund of 5 Tickets. Later on submitted formal complain to TICO, fought for my Refund & Finally got my refund. #Shady #Harassing #Cheater #Fraudster #Unethical
