Fantastic experience: The Flight centre staff is amazing..especially Aidan Thomas. This is the second time I book with this agency and even though I had big problems with my trip reservations due to an Airline's mess up Aidan and the agency worked tirelessly to fix everything. They have been annoyed by my constant checking on the progress yet very polite professional and patient. Would recommend it highly. No matter what comes up they are sure to take care of you.

Negative experience: If I could I would give -10. The condition of tickets are different from what is written in the ticket. not responsive but very defensive.

Fantastic experience: Shane was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. We gave Shane a challenge to find us the ideal all inclusive week away at the end of summer. Everything about the Puerto Vallarta Bahia Mita Resort he recommended to us was perfect. Every detail was taken care of and we will be booking our next family adventure through Shane.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this travel agency to any body at all. According to the ticket conditions, I was entitled to carry two checked baggage pieces, each 23kg. I confirmed it just before proceeding with my payment with one of their agents. However, the day before my travel, I received an email for online check-in. Upon proceeding with the online check-in, I discovered that the baggage allowance was different from what was stated on my ticket. I was required to pay an additional 100 CAD for two checked 23 bags. It was an noncompliance between what I bought and what it was served. a total mess the day before my travel that caused me a lot of stress. I needed to pay an extra 100$. i felt i was teased but my ticket. I discussed it with Flight Center agents and supervisors couples of times but any time they just repeated their words of refusal to accept the condition of their ticket. this inconvenience impacted my return ticket as well. It is a real dishonesty and cheating in selling and customer service. I won't recommend it to any body. I won't go back again ever to them. The worst ever experience I had with them. I have filed several complains with different authorities for this swindle.

He found the hotels I needed and did everything really quickly. It was a great experience. He also found Canadian flights for me. It saved me time and money. I don't think I'll book online again!!

Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday with Shane he was so helpful and chatty, amazing customer service and even replied outside of office hours to help me! So dedicated!! It’s lovely to meet some fellow Irish over here too he was able to describe cities/ towns I’ve never visited with parallels from Europe that we had both seen before so I knew the exact type of trip I was booking. He was very honest about all the resorts I was considering and was very mindful of my budget. I will be coming back again!

Fantastic experience: Five years ago, I bought a $1,000 cheaper ticket at Flight Centre. Since the late nineties "Loonie" has lost 40% of its value. There's no bright future for the new generation thanks to the dilettantes who run this country. At least they have smart phones to live in a fantasy world. Fantastic experience: After a last minute decision to go to Australia, we needed help to decide on hotels & tours! We went to Flight Centre on W. 4th Ave.in Vancouver. Fortunately for us, Aidan the agent who helped us was from Australia & was extremely knowledgeable in helping us fill the online form for the ETA visa & found beautiful hotels, tours & activities for us! He did all this in hours! It would have taken us days to find all this if we had tried doing this on our own & we only decided to go to Australia two days before our departure! Fantastic experience: After spending days trying to navigate the hundreds of ‘deals’ on the internet, I decided to let somebody else do it. I was already stressed as my trip was due to a bereavement. Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airline. I asked for a quote for an AC flight and they replied with a $250 charge over the Air Canada official price, which I think is outrageous for a max 10 minutes service that every one can do on his/her own.

Fantastic experience: I have always had incredible experience with Flight Centre, and in particular Nicki Clark. Her strengths are finding boutique hotels in cool areas of the cities I travel at very reasonable prices. I used to book my travel myself, but what a treat to leave it to her. Plus, when something changes or goes wrong as it does in travel, she’s there to take the stress away and fix it all. I highly recommend Nicki and Flight Centre.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service experience at this location by a man named SHANE. He located a flight to Germany online for me, I then ask if I can just go ahead and book that flight online myself and he hangs up. I called back, and same thing again by SHANE. I understand that the purpose of a business is to make money at the end of the day, but this message can be sent across in a more polite manner along with an explanation as to why they can't help me. SHANE operated like a true sales person - rude and with no courtesy to tell me why he is treating a potential customer in that way. I urge you not to do business with this place, surely there are much better travel agencies around.

Negative experience: I dealt with a staff member named Kyle. Worst experience ever. The customer service was terrible. Bad attitude from this guy too. He might be out of Calgary. I would steer clear from flight centre.

Negative experience: I’ve inquired for a vacation with an agent named Didac. Was sent some choices for packages but when reached out to again about another option, never heard from him. I don’t know how comfortable can you be with an agency who seemed to just ghost you. I would’ve loved to be transferred to another agent if he was quite busy. He was quick to send those initial package options and making sure I click on his links(probably for comission?) if I do buy, but when they did not suffice and asked for another option-gone. First and very last experience with this agency.

Negative experience: Booked from this location twice. Second time did not go as smooth as expected. Our travel agent Nicki was unprepared and barely provided us any expertise or information on our trip booked. Will not return to this location for future travel planning.

Negative experience: Do not book with Flight Centre I have booked with them twice and both times ended badly. Currently I am stuck in Asia because my travel agent misclicked when booking our flights and booked us a return 10 days after we requested, and when I called to ask to get this changed we were told it was not possible and that I would have to pay a change fee (which was $3000) which is not possible for us. Also the lady we talked to on the phone had a terrible attitude and was not understanding at all and was snapping at me the whole time. Just an over all a terrible experience. And not to add, the last time we booked with them we were traveling to Africa and we’re not told we needed to bring the long form copy of our birth certificates so after our layover in England we were not allowed to board our plane to South Africa and we had to PAY to stay in England for a week while we waited to go to the embassy. Just horrible. AND also when we were booking our trip to Asia our travel agent went on vacation the day before we were booking, so we had to switch travel agents last minute. Do not recommend at all, I will be booking my flights on my own from this point on. Don’t book with them if ur hoping for a stress free travel because I can guarantee something will go wrong one way or another.

Negative experience: All flight centres are grimy and just operate as sales people (I used to work at a different location so understand their sales quotas). For two years I have communicated with this branch about using my credits and now, as I book, I get told my $788 credit is only $50 because of “how airline credits operate”. I have had airline credits with several different airlines and never has my credit somehow disappeared down to $50 when trying to book with flight centre. Only explanation I get is: The way airlines calculate credits is comparing your original base fare against the new base fare and the original taxes against the new taxes. Your original base fare was $51 Your total fare was $788.35 That makes your original taxes $737.35 But am only now getting told this two years later. If I didn’t have a credit with them I’d be doing it myself. Save the money and headache and book yourself through kayak or sky scanner. Not worth paying extra for their “packages”

Negative experience: Ill start with the fact that my domestic round trip booking was booked correctly.. I can’t complain about that. I did however have a frustrating and strange experience with this location. I haven’t worked with other locations and it seems each location has the ability to make their own rules and set their own fees so I will only speak to my experience with this one. I was charged the international rate for the mandatory captains package, despite only booking domestic flights. I was told that this location had decided not to adhere to the rates posted on the website. When I changed flights, they again tried to charge me the international change fee of $75 and when I inquired, they offered to change it to $25 (the advertised domestic change fee) as a gesture. I honestly thought my experience was due to the agent I was working with and when I spoke with a manager received the same information and extremely rude attitude. This is my first and last experience with flight centre. Thankful the hours spent on the phone for a simple BC/AB trip are behind me.

Flew to Barcelona for a few nights and ended in UK before travelling back home . Nicki was super easy to work with . She always gets back to me very fast even tho I bothered her 100 times . Again Flight delay and chances of missed connection. The hotel was great, it included breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We had a really good time. So glad that I didn’t have to do all the research myself and left it up to Dilnavaz to figure it all out for me. Fantastic experience: If I could rate Dominque Dyon more than 5 stars I totally would. Me and my 2 friends had to cancel our trip to Bali and book another trip to Mexico, within a few days due to unseen circumstances and we were stuck in YVR. We called flight centre, and got in touch with Dominique Dyon who helped us so quick, and was super understanding and got us a really good deal! We bothered her with so many questions every few hours and she always answered with such a positive attitude. She made our stressful day, stress free. We talked about her the whole time we were in Mexico because we were so happy with her generosity. I will definitely be asking her for help again if I ever need to book another trip. Fantastic experience: I booked a trip to Mexico with Didac during the spring break. Although we were a bit underdated and managed to find flights (even making us recover a flight credit we had for two years due to COVID), he recommended a structure where he personally had stayed and which he believes is perfect for our needs. Negative experience: I used flight center service several times and they were good, but this year I have a really bad experience with them, especially agent Didac in Vancouver office , they never answer the phone and when you email them they don’t reply on time and if someone else pick up your phone they don’t listen to your questions they literally telling you you have to ask your agent for any small questions, I called the airline to get some information that related to my flight, so what the point to buying from flight center.

Negative experience: Their service was nothing, the staff were lazy and not helpful, they did not even tell us the information about covid restrictions. Didac was a lazy agent,I have never seen any team like the flight centre Kitsilano, don't get me wrong there was a flight centre in Metrotown and downtown that were perfect agents and teams but due to covid, they were closed. I almost missed the flight to Spain because the team and our agent Didac were too lazy to send us the covid restriction rule to our destination. Go to any flight centre but not kisitlano.

Negative experience: October 17 @11am spoke with an agent on the phone who had an Indian accent. Was not professional at all refused to help me unless I was purchasing a ticket right away I had so many questions and she didn’t want to answer any of them unless I was planning to book. I always like to ask all my questions before I blindly book something. I asked if the airline provided meals and what kind of meals it would be she said “oh my god”. Very very unprofessional please train your staff. She ended up hanging up on me refusing to answer my questions and then I called back 5 times no one is answering

Fantastic experience: I had a really great trip planning experience while working with Natalie Stindl. Nat was professional, thorough, responsive, accommodating and overall a pleasure to deal with. She gave a short list of options for a family trip to Mexico that met all of our needs and helped me narrow it down to the one we ended up booking. Fantastic experience: As everyone knows, it has been difficult to speak with a Flight Centre representative these days. I went in person to F.C. in Kits hoping to book in person. I was told I needed an appointment (which I didn't know), but a representative, Natalie S. took the time in her day to squeeze me in. She helped me book a flight to Toronto with credits from last year. I had no idea how to go around booking online with those credits, so it was great that Natalie did this for me. She was friendly, helpful and overall, very sweet. Also, back in 2017, they helped get a good deal on a better seat for my mother, who has dementia, when she went home to visit family. This small act meant the world to me.

He showed calm and patience in answering all my questions including those related to extra precautions to take for covid. He has excellent knowledge of the areas of interest so knew how to recommend the best options.
