She’s very knowledgeable regarding all the country’s entry requirements as well as Covid rules. My main travel agency for travelling to the Philippines. They also offer other options for other countries to travel to.

Negative experience: Customer service is not good . Once they took your money they don't care anymore. They overpriced. Airlines canceled my trip and emailed me that I'll receive all money paid including tickets upgrades. This agency Sampaguita try to keep the money for their office . They charge my credit card $150 to return my money very silly. Then on top of the fees they didn't return the tickets upgrades $600 Not professional. All what they are after money.they don't look for future business. If you didn't pay back my money I'll write on every social media about bad customer service and I'll file complaints to credit office,

Negative experience: Trying to reach out to rebook a ticket through emails just as voicemail instructed and yet they keep sending automatically replied email that we can only email them and yet not even a single reply on my emails,. I understand that's its a covid19 months and not all are fully operational. But atleast don't leave a false voicemail and emails to your costumer.. So utterly disappointed, other travel agencies are open and answering calls and emails but this sampaguita travel is all false open advertised.. should have gone to other travel agency that's more reliable. Now need to figure out to get help to refund my money as their costumer service are terrible..

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best place to go to if you want to travel to the Philippines, They make it easy and the process is quite fast and efficient. The travel agent that helped me was Mary Ann Tabucanon and she was very polite welcoming and made sure we got the best seats and flight for our comfort, I would recommend you ask for her as she’s very caring and great at her job.
