Fantastic experience: I would like to acknowledge the superior service provided by the Worldgo travel team. Every year I show up in early December and ask the impossible, put together a month long trip in some far flung region of the world, which they do with results in accommodation and flight arrangements that are first class. This is additionally backed up by a 'concierge level' of service to arrange tours, travel updates, and accommodation upgrades on the fly. One specific example is on one trip flying out of South America. The regional carrier I was flying on had three consecutive flights cancelled. This was time sensitive as I needed to connect with my tour to Manchu Pichu which is highly regulated by the government and Park services, if you miss one portion you miss it all. With one call the Worldgo team booked me on three successive flights as a backup so i would have priority on departing so I could make my tour connection. I honestly couldn't trust any other travel team to manage my requirements with the same personal level of service. I highly recommend their personalized approach to travel and their service offering.

Fantastic experience: I can really count of the World Go Team to pull it together for me in a pinch. For example this weekend, Lauryn was happy to help me make some changes to urgent bookings over the weekend. Getting one of the agents you normally book with and not a call center somewhere far away during after hours really builds confidence when booking or in a tough spot.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the services of Worldgo as my travel agent for both my business and personal travel for 2 years. We have a team in excess of 30+ staff at Western Wealth Capital and Worldgo consistently offers exceptional service. They respond to all travel requests in under 20 minutes, and do their very best to book any request as soon as possible in order to secure the best price available. There are often last minute changes to bookings, and these requests are dealt with professionally and smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Worldgo to anyone that books business or personal travel.

Fantastic experience: I would like to comment on the excellent service that Lauryn Lantela, Jessica Bentley and their associates provide for my air travel needs. I require astute and timely support for my international and domestic work travel and this travel team provide this service very well. Some of this travel is complex due to changes that I require or delays / cancellations at interconnecting airports. Fantastic experience: As the travel arranger at my company, I have the pleasure of working with the team at Worldgo on a weekly if not daily basis. They are always on the ball and ready to assist with our ever changing travel plans, which quite often are last minute. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and cost conscious and make my life a lot easier. I don't know where I would be without them! They also offer customised reports to suit our company's' needs and with their low service fees, if you are not using them as your corporate travel company yet, you should certainly consider doing so.
