Fantastic experience: 2024 08 019 PETER: travels with WestJet and Maximilian sent on 2024 07 18 This letter is redacted by OP. Dear Peter, Thank you so very much for looking after us, me and on the way back my little Maximilian. I need you to know, I completely enjoyed the whole experience and flight with WestJet, crew was absolutely delightful both ways. It was not maybe perfect to some, but it was for me. On the way back I had window seat, which I switched with a lady with an aisle seat, that I switched within 3 minutes with a man across, so he can sit with his lady. Max did not care and was good the entire flight, and drive home. He is still decompressing since this is a huge change for him, and what he knew until June 20th. He also knows there are multiple cats, he met Bijou and Ralphie, and we will do our best to become whole once again. My stay in BC was short, we had about 26 people in Hope’s Silver Chalice who came to honor Andrew’s life. Some came at 11:30 AM instead of 5 PM, and this turned into an all-day celebration of a wonderful man. Denis and I, Andrew’s very good friend, left at closing time – 1 AM. Once again, Peter, thank you so very much for helping me to create this great, wonderful memory of the one I loved so much. Alzbeta Thank you, uncle Peter, Maximillian
Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Peter H and Sinclair Travel. I first went to Peter to arrange a work/ family visit trip last year. He was so great and helpful and generous with his time that I decided to book all future big trips with him. I like to do a lot of research before booking trips and thought I was good at finding best prices, but Peter had access to cheaper rates for the same hotels that I wanted, he connected with me before the trip to arrange express security at the airport, and when I needed to extend a hotel stay, he walked me through it, booking it on his end so I would still get his travel-agent low rates. I've recommended him to so many people. I've booked another big trip with him this year, and I'm so glad I did!

Fantastic experience: I have been booking my trips with Sinclair Travel for many years and continue to do so everytime I need to go somewhere. Peter and George couldn't be more helpful. Just recently, George helped me so much with my ticket when Lufthansa had a random strike - George make sure I had a smooth transition to my next flight without having to connect in other cities. I felt so comforted knowing they were there so help and would use them again and again.

Fantastic experience: Went to the passport office to apply for a passport & was told I needed to print out my proof of travel. They directed me to a print shop in the same centre… that opened in 2 hours. Luckily Peter was in his office & was more than happy to lend me his printer to print off my required docs. Many thanks to Peter for saving me an innumerable amount of time!
Fantastic experience: I was in a pinch for the flexible flight and randomly selected this travel agency. This was the best random pick I ever made!!!! I can't describe how knowledgeable and committed Peter is!!! He helped me with selecting best tickets option, and once there was a strike in the transit airport (Frankfurt): he called me as soon as he knew it and advised of the unexpected problems, offed me a real solutions to workaround the situation. So I came to airport already armed with knowledge and good advise. Arline let me down, but not this travel agency!!!! The most valuable thing is that I always felt the connection and support of the agency / Peter. Once I needed to change the outbound ticket dates it was done very quick. Very professional, supportive and going extra mile!!! It is amazing to know that once you are away travelling you have your back covered for anything unexpected by the real people on the other end that really care about you and are extremely professional. I am very glad I discover this agency. Thank you Peter for a great help and high level of provided support and service!!!!

Fantastic experience: Here they are...17 years passed...don't know when...but I have been working with Sinclair Travel for 17 years now... Every 2 years average we need some tickets or ...some advise. George and Peter are very experienced and always try to find the best deal they can offer to any client. Nobody is perfect as a human being. Some people talk too much because they put too much heart into what they do and they want to make sure they share with you every bit of info they know which might help you. Yes, it seems like mama nagging you, but I found it helpful. For example "Remember to decline insurance for a rental car if you pay with a credit card that covers this...call your credit card and find out".Other people are too honest and say ...hey, I don't make money with this deal, but I'll still help you - take it if you want it or don't. I always had the feeling that I got the best deal from Sinclair travel. In the beginning, in 1999 if I remember well, I was actually waiting on the phone with them to listen to their numerous searches into flights, connections and other services they were trying to pick for me and ...you know what?...I was happy to be there, on the phone, to tell them ...no I want it this way, not that way...and they always listened and tried even more to accommodate me... I called even from the airport when flights were delayed or connections were lost. They helped me within minutes. And no...they are not close friends, they are not relatives of mine and I met them personally only once. The rest just over the phone and e-mails. I greatly appreciate these guys. They are honest, prompt, and professional. And they have enough business not needing to run after a few bucks from yours. You'll still find they serve you as well as any other client because this is who they are. The best!
Negative experience: Overall experience: REALLY BAD!! Bad Customer Service. Don't be fooled by appearances, although it is located in a very nice bldg and neighborhood, the office is old and smells like dust and old library. Paper and folders are lying on the floor, very very retro but smelly. As soon as you walk in you feel like you went back in time to the 60's, and it feels uncomfortable. The owner, Peter, talks too much and doesn't really listen to what you want. He's got a lot of experience for sure, but you better buy him a package that includes Airfare otherwise he will tell you he won't make money and will give you a mediocre service just like he did with me when I only bought 3 nights Hotel in Paris and 2 EuRail passes (which by the way he made sure he reminded me countless times that he was only making $24 in profit out of it) even when the Total value of my purchase was over $1,500. I could've bought the Eurail passes from the website myself for the same price but just as a token of appreciation for the time he spent with me... I gave him the sale, but he failed to see that. On top of that, when he gave me the Eurail passes he didn't give me a couple of Free Sightseeing tickets in Europe that were part of the Eurail's promotion package. He claims to be "Fare and straight forth" but in reality he isn't. So, be careful, or better yet, stay away. -Bottomline: Very Disappointing service.
