Fantastic experience: With every trip I make to Poland, Columbus has booked my trips for 20 year. The quick service and friendly staff never let me down. Thanks for the many years of help & great service.

Negative experience: Just left this place. I wanted a brochure of Panama to see what Panama is about and one lady rudely told me "it's not a general brochure about Panama, it's for tours!" I replied "Ah ok thanks anyway" but while I was leaving she also felt to add "basta finito, usa internet per informazioni" making fun of me being Italian probably. Less polite experience I had since I came to Canada 5 years ago. She could have handled everything better, since the moment I asked: "hi how are you?" and I wasn't even asked the same. Suggestion: a few blocks from this place there's Flight Center; they are just something else.

Fantastic experience: I recently traveled to Italy for 31 days. Columbus Travel organized my entire trip . I was pre booked on seven flights to and from Italy and within the country, three high speed trains, nine hotels, a return ferry trip, a tour of Tuscany, hop on hop off 2 day passes in Venice and Rome and finally a two week vehicle rental in Sicily. Everything went very smoothly thanks to the excellent, hard working agents who took care of every detail for me.

Fantastic experience: I have had great experiences dealing with Columbus.Very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I am writing this review based on my sisters horrendous experience with this agency. She saved her money and holiday time at work in order to enjoy a two week vacation in Mexico. She looked forward to this holiday for months. Her experience was horrible, from accommodation, food, but mostly lack of support from Columbus World Travel. I strongly suggest getting a different agency if you intend to travel
