Negative experience: poor customer service with the added go some where else attitude. friend was told to go elsewhere probably because it was a one way fare and this company wasn't going to make money off it.

Fantastic experience: I deal with Simona Takacs for almost 15 years - so happy I found out about her! She is the most knowledgeable and pleasant travel agent I had ever met! My husband and I travel a lot and Simona always finds us the best deals wherever we go!! She is absolutely awesome! Thank you, Simona, for your wonderful job!! You are the best!!

Negative experience: I had really a disappointed experience with this agency. They asked me to pay by cash otherwise I should pay 3% more!!! Later, I requested to reduce the travel insurance duration, and they wanted to give me $40 credit for the next ticket !!!! So I called directly to the insurance company and submitted the claim. At the end, they refund me $240 !! Insurance company told me "we refunded you $240 and agent (Captain Cook) had to refund you $240 from the first day not $40 credit". I don't know what to call this !!!!!!
