She was attentive and patient and suggested the perfect hotels, flight plans, tours, guides and drivers to make the vacation perfect. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience with Kerrisdale Cruise & Vacation Travel! The owner, Nimet, arranged a two-week trip to Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui for my family and I! The accommodations were excellent (the Anantara hotels), we had private transfers, guided tours, etc. My favourite part was our visit to the Kanta Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai. We got to feed, bathe, and play with the elephants! What an unforgettable experience! All thanks to Nimet at Kerrisdale Cruise & Vacation Travel. Can’t recommend enough! 10/10!

I will be returning to finish planning my trip and relying on Veronica's expertise to book accommodations. Very thankful for her patience and great customer care. I had dreaded having to book the flight and car lease as it's been many years since my circumstances permitted me to travel overseas. She took all the stress out of the situation, which was such a relief. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I used them to redeem my travel points through RBC. I didn't have enough points for my wife and I so I payed the balance on the rest. They split the points between two flights when they didn't have to so that they could cash in on a points redeeming charge, which unfortunately I only noticed applied to each flight after the transaction. I felt misled to make a quick buck. When I pointed out it could have been points on 1 flight only the shrugged it off with the transaction is already complete. other than the extra charge they were quick and easy.
