Fantastic experience: Fernweh Luxury Travel is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alyssa always goes above and beyond, and is excellent at finding those gems. During a recent trip, she was able to find and book me the perfect hotel on pretty short notice. She checked-in ahead of my trip to make sure things would go smoothly, and was quick to answer any questions.

Fantastic experience: Alyssa went above and beyond to help us book a hotel on fairly short notice. Communication was prompt and she was proactive and thoughtful of our needs travelling with a toddler. Being a busy mother who loves to travel, my experience with Alyssa blew my mind. She was able to add so much value to our trip, including recommending a property I hadn’t previously considered but the stay was so seamless I am convert and will book all future trips with Fernweh.

Fantastic experience: 3 countries in 3 weeks was a tall order but thanks to Wendy we experienced Portugal, Italy and Croatia with no travel hassles and great accommodations. From car rentals, flights, train tickets and a wee cruise Wendy put it all together with a thoughtful eye for each accommodation’s location. Fantastic experience: I worked w/ Alyssa and team on a trip to the Dolomites in Italy and it was simply spectacular! We threw quite a few curveballs her way in terms of complicated itinerary but she handled it all with ease. The hotels especially were great finds and made the trip one to remember!

Negative experience: I called to ask about travel information to a certain country and the women who answered Clara, said she will Only release travel information about the country like COVID-19 restrictions and stuff, she told me that Only if I purchase a Ticked with her agency she would tell me anything. So she pretty much you can Not ask them anything Only if you book with them Only. What a money Hungry Travel Agency.

Fantastic experience: Travelling with a 10 month old can be overwhelming, but Alyssa made everything so smooth for us! She was proactive with all of our bookings, transportation, covid tests and double checked every detail down to the type of crib in our rooms. Her thoughtfulness around what would make our stay relaxing made a world of a difference.

Fantastic experience: I cannot sing the praises of Alyssa enough! We reached out to her in April to help us plan a 10 day trip to British Columbia. She listened to what we wanted and then promptly set to work handling myriad details from air travel, hotels, activities such as guided hikes and whale watching, restaurants and navigating all the necessary steps regarding to Covid and entering Canada from the US. After several phone calls and lots of emails over months she skillfully put together the trip of a lifetime. Fantastic experience: Alyssa planned and organized the most magical honeymoon for us ever imaginable - Waikiki, Papeete, Moorea, and Bora Bora. We had no clue where we wanted to go so she provided multiple (all amazing) options for us to choose from and tweak. With all hotels and transfers in place all we had to worry about was showing up and enjoying ourselves! Alyssa was quick to answer ALL of our questions and was genuinely excited for our us to go off on this adventure. She booked us in the most incredible hotels and resorts and the time frames she created were perfect.
