Fantastic experience: A friend of mine recommended Aliguas Travel to me even though we reside in Ontario. When someone recommend a travel agent I would assume they have great reputation. My intention was simple, I didn't want to waste my time with google flight search and trying to hunt down the best deal around. A simple phone call to Aligaus you knew they are the expert. Deo and Aljun has proven that good customer service still exist and that we cannot relay on robot/computer generated service always. Negative experience: I just called to book a flight. But the person I talked to, is like irritated and the way he talked is not approachable. Asking the proper question and dealing a customer is unacceptable. I also work as customer service.
