Fantastic experience: I just want to give a great review to this travel agency. I've been in touch with them for the past week or so with a travel quote and I received very prompt responses via email and Facebook Messenger. I've made lots of requests and changes to our requests and they have been very accomodating. I believe I've corresponded with Ms. Jen via email and Ms. Rio in person and we never felt rushed or anything to finalize our booking, she was even able to finalize my grandma's booking who will fly with us. Thank you for the excellent service!

Fantastic experience: Representatives are easy to talk to

Negative experience: Already paid for the ticket and upon check-in on the airport they require us to pay the terminal fee without informing us that it is not included.

Negative experience: having constant trouble to even get through , called and asked for qutes , no email phone call follow up or nothing . ill be going elsewhere .

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Responsiveness

Negative experience: They refused to let me and my boyfriend (who live together) sit together but allowed another couple to sit together. It was very clear they were being racist seeing as we were the only ones being singled out.

Positive experience: Great friendly service

Negative experience: Bad customer service. That old Filipina was so rude. Arguing in front of my son. Very unprofessional.
