Fantastic experience: Rajat is one of the most helpful person I have seen In this industry. I used to deal with Gala travels from Toronto earlier. They never took the time to listen to my requirements and give me appropriate options. Whether it be during Covid to fly from India to Canada or suggestions around health insurance for my parents, Rajat has never tried to pressure me in to taking a particular decision and helped me all the way through. Even to get refund for the cancelled flights during Covid. Our experience while coming via Mexico to Canada during Covid in 2021 was exactly as he had explained it to us. I cannot thank him enough for his help and great attitude. I would not look for another travel agency.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time writing a review. So, this is my personal opinion. At first, I was hesitant as this was my first time booking flight by myself with a travel agency here. But I'm really happy that I choose Ola Travels for booking my flight. 4 months ago I was really worried as I was returning back to my home country, but Sir Nikhil handled everything and was there with me every step of the way. He also didn't charge me as I'm a student and I don't do any job yet, which still kind of surprised me initially as I always had this idea that travel agents usually charge money for any service they provide. He stayed in contact with me while I was at the airport, or when I was back home and replied whenever I had any questions or requests. Nikhil sir is patient, trustworthy and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to book your next flight there, especially with him, you won't regret it. I would surely come back again. Thank you.
