Negative experience: Dealing with global travel and tours is very difficult, they never answer or return phone calls, you leave messages and no one calls you back , if you try to leave a voicemail, there voicemail box is full,
i apologized for the late reply we have flooded messages due to airline seatsales thank you for understanding i called you back but you dont answer too.
Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Very bad experience from the start. We were asked to go there and wait for almost an hour for documents that they could have simply emailed. My wife even asked if they could just send it but they insisted that its important. Such a waste of time. Then, when the flight got rescheduled, they did not even reach out so we can rebook our connecting flight. Only 1 person is running the operation so its no surprise that the person is not able to attend to everyone but they should have placed my wife's email instead or theirs so we could have received the notice and dealt with it sooner. Would not want the stress and hassle that we experienced even on my worst enemy
sorry for the inconvenience as our record there is no last name San Jose that we booked. When purchasing the ticket from us we advice and required our clients to come to our office 1 month and 1-2 days before flight for the printed documents e travel and some requirements is complicated to do over the phone and we updated the flight schedule for any change airline might occur coz most of the time airline often change the schedule and we also explain the information you needed before travel, FYI we have 4 agents working in our agency from monday to saturday... and FYI we able to attend everyone as we extend our service if we our busy...notice for newschedule and new requirements a check of 1 month and 1-2days prior flight we will updated for any changes so no stress and hassle at the airport ..thats the reason we do that coz thats the worst enemy that we avoid not to happen hope you understand sorry for the impatience you have as we tried to serve better thank you.
Negative experience: Was charged for two flights, contacted agent Thea who assured me that the refund would show up on next credit card statement. Since initial contact, I have received four statements which shows no credit of the amount nor has Thea returned my calls or texts. I have referred this company to the BBB in Winnipeg, and filed a formal complaint. Beware, opportunist agents, who take advantage of their customers! Glad there’s laws in Canada to protect us from greedy individuals!

Negative experience: Unreliable and disrespectful of people's time. Phoned and messaged to request for trip options, they promised to send but never did. Followed-up and promised again but didn't follow through.

Negative experience: Do not buy here. Travel agent told us we had a lay over in Japan for 19 hours. It was over 3 days. No one told us until we already left Canada.
sorry that you experience 3days in japan ..Do you read and understand the schedule before you buy and pay your ticket black and white printed copy and with full explanation we inform our client what schedule they paid for.... if you dont agree that schedule you should upgrade nor buy a direct flight... what you paid for is what you get agreed to take that flight..and we have 1month and 1-2days before flight need to come to our office...are you the one purchase the ticket or someone bought u a ticket and not advice u well...please READ and UNDERSTAND before paying and for your future checked the flight first before you travel and check your friend and family and or the travel agency a review for your schedule before you travel..God bless you and to your family...

Negative experience: I called to inquire about a flight from Winnipeg to Los Angeles. A female employee told me that they are going to call me back in few minutes as they need to search for flights. Unfortunately, they forgot to call me. I will not waste my time calling this company again. Sarbit has better customer service and pricing.

Offense is never a good thing, however. God’s Word tells us to unconditionally love, always forgive, and do everything within our power to be at peace with everyone. Offense severs relationships. And if the world is supposed to know we are followers of Jesus by our love for one another, we can’t afford to be offended by each other all the time. Offense leads to bitterness, bitterness leads to unforgiveness, and unforgiveness leads to a severed relationship (and possibly even hatred.) If you ever been feel rude by someone.. hi Lynne We don't put pricing on the website we only accept in person ,phone call and email quotation and I also apologized for the late reply due to long weekend and Labor day we're Closed when we received your request. We are open mon-fri at 930a,-6pm, sat 11-3pm only and Close on holidays. Thank you.
Negative experience: I have a one bedroom. Original price 844.00. It is now 1075.00 a month. Cant even smoke on the balcony. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. You'll get ripped off.
