Negative experience: I have been booking with them for a number of years and have had great experience with them until recently. Mr Arshad was very unprofessional and rude in the last 2 or 3 interactions I had with him. At first, I thought he was just having a bad day, but that wasn't the case after all. I won't detail everything here but just to summarize: I tried to book a trip to Europe and called him the next day to confirm the booking and pay. He didn't answer my call nor did he care to call and let me know. More recently I bought a ticket for my sister from him and when I called him to ask about baggage allowance, he kept getting annoyed at me saying that the details should be in the ticket. It clearly wasn't , which is why I called him. He was rude throughout and kept saying I am wasting his time. How is it a waste of time when I already bought the ticket from him? Whenever I asked a question he just kept getting annoyed. Clearly he lacked manners and professionalism. It's a shame that our relationship turned bitter in spite of the fact that I was a regular client.

Negative experience: Experience with Sunrise was really bad...they Messed up with air ticket bcz they dont have any weekend emergency contact number... we Paid two time for air ticket.., not recommending to anyone.
