Negative experience: What is the service like at Bonaventure? I couldn't tell you. I reached out via message and it was clear that charges would apply for them to seek out a vacation for me and four friends (approx $25/pp). I've never encountered this before but I have no problem paying for someone's work. After submitting the request, I was put on a mailing list the following day but never contacted about my vacation. Oh well. I'm not even that annoyed they didn't contact me. The immediate mailing list is just such a copout from providing actual service. We found another agent willing to help us out without an upfront charge.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional, personalized service offered with a big smile, whether in person or online. Travel agents are best gauged by their reaction when things don't go according top initial plan (which is all too frequent these days). The staff from Bonaventure really shine in this setting: they are easy to contact and they are superb problem solvers.
