Positive experience: Friendly and welcoming staff
Negative experience: If you want an easygoing vacation/tour with a SOLID itinerary provided to you, I’d highly advise AGAINST choosing Sarbit Travel Agencies. Last month my family had booked the ‘Explore The Wonders of Europe’ trip from September 14 - October 1, 2024. We expected that the itinerary given to us would list all the modes of transportation and specifically detail the plan for each day. It was the opposite. We expected AND heard from friends that the transportation would take you from point A to B It was the opposite. From Day 1 - Day 17 our itinerary was always changing with very short notices. Here’s an example: From Brussels to Munich we had to take a train departing at 11:25 AM. The day before, our tour guide Rebecca Perron was so certain that it was only a “walking distance” from the hotel to the station. It was not a walking distance. We had to take a taxi that dropped us off at the station at 11:10 AM. I should also mention that our group was divided into 2 batches on that day. It happened that Rebecca wouldn’t be with the batch that my family was in. This meant we had to navigate through a station that was foreign to us, with our luggages, and ZERO tour guide, just to catch a train that would depart in 15 MINUTES! I did not enjoy seeing my mother, bless her soul with all the health conditions she has, struggling to run with her luggages just because of a fault in the itinerary. Of course, this is only one out of the many other instances that has went wrong with this tour. If I were able to write all of them, I’d be making a chapter book. Now who’s responsible for the faulty time management? Sarbit and our tour guide Rebecca Perron. You always ask us for a “good” and “honest” review about your company, and I find that a very hard task to do because of the stress me and my family had to deal with.

Negative experience: As customer service no one is perfect but its good to show concern or to be kind because we don't know what they are dealing for, just to buy a ticket.Not just to sell,but to add a comma (,)discussing options or possible that customer can do to avoid extra credit or interest at there end.And I'm sure they will appreciate that cause I've been in that position.

Negative experience: Very POOR customer service. For 6 years we have been with sarbit not a single missed on the payments. Until one time this sixth year I missed a payment which was the very first time and the CS called telling me that there will be a penalty fee. I asked if they could waive the penalty, and of course they said no !!! Not even a single compensation for missing ONE payment... One payment !!! Very good taking care of your customers -- (I'M SARCASTIC !!!) II bet when trouble really comes, this company will make your situation worse -- I bet they will make it hard for your claims. Not recommending this SARBIT INSURANCE. Look for a different company.
Fantastic experience: Ate Marivic is very accommodating and with a good vibes
Negative experience: I think Gigie Casidsid needs a little refresher on the requirements of establishing identity in Manitoba. Gigie is turning customers away when clearly she is the one with the wrong information. Very disappointing because a broker should know better. Fortunately, another broker was able to help, using the exact same documents AND with no issues. Go figure. Hopefully, Gigie can get updated on the correct requirements to ensure all customers are served effectively and efficiently in the future.

Negative experience: We had a trip to Holy Land booked prior to covid. The tour was delayed. Then no...zero...communication or responses for over 2 years. No updates, no options offered but deposit kept. When a refund was requested, we were told we have a travel credit! I DO NOT ever want to travel with Sarbit. Very poor communication and no service. Beware!

Negative experience: Never again!! We booked a flight last January 2023 with the short notice 1 week before our flight schedule they advice that we will change our flight schedule and will covering the additional cost of our domestic flight or refund the ticket without any choice. Initiate my own investigation and found out that they booked us on a different airport. Ended up filing a complaint at consumer protection office.
Negative experience: Worst customer service ever!!! They don't care about their customer specially if it's senior citizen. As long as they got your money, the customer service is the worst you'll ever experience!! Save your time and money, DO NOT transact with them! So many complaints heard from others and unfortunately, we also experienced it!!

Negative experience: There was a staff there named Leanne at Sarbit. I called to book a flight for my family vacation. After asking for all my information she told me she will just call me back because she wants to check the prices first but never heard back from her. After waiting, I tried to follow up and prices already went up to $400, so I am really annoyed and dissapointed! I shouldn't have waited for her and never trusted her and just booked somewhere else.
Negative experience: I am utterly disappointed with the service that we received from Sarbit Travel Agency. We booked round trip plane tickets with travel agent Marilyn and our credit card was charged twice. We were told that it wasn’t their fault and that it’s our responsibility to call our bank. There was no explanation given to us about what happened and it’s been over a month and a half and we’re still disputing the charge with our bank. Lot’s of time wasted calling both travel agency and the bank.

Fantastic experience: My mom needed go back to Germany after visiting us. But suddenly she missed her flight, so she needed another one right away. It was already to late to buy something at airport. We just drove out of airport and I put closest travel agencies on my GPS. Sarbit Travel showed up but it was 15 min away it also was 15 min until agencies closing time. I explained my situation to the lady on the phone named Rebecca. She said she will wait for us and after we came she just found the best and cheapest ticket with Air Canada. She also was willing to check us in online. So Rebecca made our day and my mom's way back. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: We booked a trip with "Jam" at Sarbit prior to Covid-19. Due to Covid-19 WestJet AUTOMATICALLY cancelled our trip as the requirements wouldn't allow us to go on the trip anymore. We requested a refund as soon as we found out and Jam refused to help us get WestJet to issue the refund because "we didn't cancel our trip within a 45 day period which is WestJet policy". Well we never cancelled the trip at all. THEY DID. Now they won't offer us a refund. This absolutely ridiculous I will never use Sarbit ever again in my life this is the worst experience I've ever had with any travel agency.
Fantastic experience: Rupinder from the autopac agent side is phenomenal! She went over and beyond I think what another agent would do, she understood the situation/scenario and went out of her way and time to correct and complete the process to get me going with ny vehicle. I have been going to this place for the past few years, yes there is a bit of a wait and let me tell you these agents that work here understand the needs of the people they deal with whether home or autopac insurance. The next time you need any type of insurance for home or vehicle see these professional ladies at Sarbit. Thanks again Rupinder and Lucena!

Negative experience: During the covid 19 crisis, we were not notified by Sarbit travel regarding several flight changes coming back from Manila. Sarbit had our email address but they did not email anything about my flights being rescheduled/changed. Had to rely on my family in Canada to keep us posted on any cancellations and flight changes. Not once did they communicate. They’re excuse was they didn’t have my email, weird because they did send my itinerary through email. Anyway, disappointed at the service and lack of communication.
