Negative experience: Tried to reach a guy called gurpreet bcuz i needed an air ticket left voice mail talked to a lady she told me she will pass over my message to gurpreet and he will call me but no response so am giving my business somewhere else, very very unprofessional. Update on July/11/2024 after 4 years they have replied to my review and in this 4 years i have travelled more than 25 times lolz.
Gurpreet works remotely and he resides in the city. If you request for an appointment, he will meet you at the office. Hope this helps

Negative experience: Found agent to be very confusing to listen to, was hard to figure out what she was talking about. Spent an hour there and left with no books and more confused than I went in !

Negative experience: Google said it was open at 9am and the door was locked and no one answered my knocks, not impressed.
Sorry you have this bad experience. Next time please ring the bell beside the door. We have 3 floors, we may not have a staff close to the door you were knocking. Also, we encourage client to make an appointment to visit our location.

Fantastic experience: My aunt needed to book her ticket to Toronto. She contacted one of the guys over here. I don’t know his name but I was so impressed by their customer service when my aunt told that she was unable to get her ticket because she had no one to drive her to their shop, that guy actually dropped the ticket off himself. Sometimes little things can make a big effect in someone’s life!

She comes with a wealth of experience and she gives advice freely and will go out of her way to find the best flights and medical form information. She takes my wishes and needs seriously and helps me to find the best seats for my bad knee.
