Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service from Natalina! Top notch and second to none service, super responsive, informative and if she didn’t have the information, she got it for me. I booked a trip with Natalina to Dominican Republic, I thought I knew what I wanted but I listened to her suggestions and I am so much happier with the end result. She went so far above and beyond for me in every aspect of our trip, with special requests at the resort, flying out of a different country than Canada and I couldn’t be happier with everything she organized. I fly out in 3 weeks and I’ll leave another review post trip. I would highly recommend Natalina for any travel needs and will be gladly using her services for my next big trip. Negative experience: Feb 2023 My partner and I planned on going on a group trip and my partner had to cancel I dealt with an agent by the name of Kathy who refused to meet with me didn’t have much information about my trip still days before and was told everything would be fine when I got to my resort I was roomed with a girl I had never met before with one queen bed and a silhouette shower obviously for my partner and I They had no other accommodation for me so I had to sleep out in the resort property and pay to have my luggage stored wasn’t impressed and haven’t been reimbursed
