Expérience négative: Mon mari et moi sommes des clients à long terme, nous les appelons toujours en premier pour réserver n'importe où. Je dois dire que le service était toujours incroyable. Juste la dernière fois en 2024, nous avons reçu un service très médiocre, les informations que nous avons reçues étaient incorrectes et le résultat nous a fait payer le triple du prix normal, et malheureusement nous n'avons pas obtenu ce dont nous avions besoin à la fin, il y avait tellement d'appels et d'e-mails à l'agent et au responsable concerné, mais on avait l'impression que personne ne se souciait. Nous étions super stressés, nous avons trop payé pour quelque chose qui n'était même pas proche de nos besoins. J'espère que cela ne se reproduira pas. Et j'espère que les clients se sentiront à nouveau plus valorisés par l'équipe.

Expérience fantastique: Je tiens à dire que Linda Francis chez C Wagonlit à Peterborough est phénoménale. Rien n'est trop difficile pour elle... Elle est tellement fantastique... surtout pour aider à connecter les vols lorsqu'on est à l'étranger, etc... et de toutes les manières... Catherine

Expérience fantastique: Merci Kirsi Peters d'avoir rendu notre lune de miel incroyable ! Nous voyageons en Italie / Europe pour la première fois et nous n'avions aucune idée par où commencer ! Kirsi avait planifié chaque jour pendant 2 semaines où aller, quoi voir et faire. Kirsi a réservé chaque train, avion et taxi pour chaque nouvel endroit et a éliminé tout le stress ! Un voyage inoubliable et je suis heureux que Kirsi ait son savoir et son expérience d'Europe.

Caroline et Linda sont les deux pires agents de voyage avec lesquels j'ai jamais eu à traiter en 10 ans de voyage.

Expérience fantastique: I can't say enough for the "above and beyond" service I recently received. With less than 12 hours to my flight, I realized my passport was expiring in 3-weeks. Total PANIC set-in. I reached out to Carolyn Condon on a Sunday, not knowing if she would be on-line...within an hour I received a return call and we had Plan A, Plan B and even Plan C ready to go. As it turned out I was not able to board the plane so we immediately went to Plan B and I headed to the Passport office. On route, Carolyn searched for ways for me to join my husband and friends on our all-inclusive trip to Roatan. Keep in mind that flying to Roatan is not like flying to Orlando, there are not many direct flights. With my new 10-year passport in hand in less than 3 hours (thank you Federal Government), Carolyn had me booked on a flight that same day at 4:30 pm to El Salvador, with an early morning flight to Roatan. She also took care of booking my hotel room and transportation to and from the San Salvador airport. With Carolyn’s effort, I only missed one-day of our all-inclusive vacation. All things considered this was incredible! Carolyn was the voice of calm…reassuring me every step of the way until I landed in sunny Roatan. I am confident I would not have received this level of personal service from a travel website. So glad I booked local! Thank you so much!
