Expérience fantastique: Jacquelyn Coleridge est notre agente de voyage. Je me suis senti très à l'aise et en sécurité en réservant avec elle. Je retournerai vers Jacquelyn pour mes futurs voyages. Merci Jacquelyn!!!!!

Expérience négative: Expérience terrible avec cette agence de voyage. Notre groupe a été envoyé en safari africain avec un accompagnateur peu professionnel. Cette personne manquait de décorum et traitait les clients payants comme s'ils étaient ses 'potes', faisant souvent des blagues insultantes aux dépens des clients. L'agent s'est également précipité dans les aéroports, laissant le groupe se débrouiller tout seul. Une visite pré-arrangée à un marché aux épices à Zanzibar a été annulée. Puis l'agent est partie seule sans l'autre personne prévue pour y aller. Karen et Brent, les propriétaires de la franchise, ont été informés de nombreux problèmes, y compris un problème très sérieux qui ne sera pas développé ici. Malgré une réunion d'une heure avec eux après notre retour, ils n'ont fait aucune tentative d'offrir autre chose qu'une excuse. Les presque 20 000 $ que j'ai dépensés étaient regrettables. Le voyage d'une vie n'était pas du tout ce qu'il aurait pu être. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette agence.

Expérience fantastique: Kelly chez Marlin travel va au-delà des attentes ! Elle a réservé notre voyage en famille et s'est assurée que tout soit conforme à nos demandes. Elle a même reconnu que nous sommes militaires et nous a obtenu une remise dont nous n'étions pas au courant. Nous avons hâte de notre voyage ! Merci Kelly

Expérience fantastique: Super endroit pour réserver des vacances grâce au personnel qui y travaille. C'est un endroit parfait pour planifier n'importe où vous voulez aller. Ma famille et moi les avons utilisés dans le passé, et ça a toujours super bien fonctionné. J'ai hâte d'aller à notre prochain voyage. Je recommanderais définitivement de réserver un voyage chez eux et d'y passer un bon moment. Continuez comme ça.

Expérience fantastique: Thank you so much to the amazing Jeanette who went above and beyond for me in the last 2½ months. I had an emergency in Ireland and I needed to go home as soon as possible. Jeanette made this possible and was very patient with me and I flew out the next day. On arrival in Ireland I received an email hoping I had a safe journey over and to have a safe and happy time with my family. This I thought was just so lovely and caring. I then had some issues with a flight that was taken care of and another return flight was booked. Then further restrictions/rules were put in place to enter Canada and Jeanette emailed me this information so I would have everything I needed before my flight...again amazing..thank you! Then on arrival in Canada I received an email to welcome me home wishing I had a safe flight back and hoping everything went smoothly. I don't know anyone else who has ever done that and I was blown away. The service was more than 100% it was so personal and I felt like Jeanette really cares. In this stressful time she really had my back and I'm forever grateful! X
