Expérience négative: Sally nous a 'aidés' à réserver notre voyage. Je n'ai jamais expérimenté une telle incompétence de ma vie.… elle ne pouvait même pas réserver un simple vol… je ne peux pas imaginer réserver quelque chose de plus complexe, réservez juste en ligne.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons réservé notre tout premier voyage il y a presque 2 semaines. Sabrina a été géniale à travailler avec ! Elle a cherché à nous trouver la meilleure offre pour notre lune de miel et a aidé à réserver des excursions à l'avance. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec le service de navette qui a annulé, mais Sabrina a été très rapide pour essayer de réserver une autre navette afin que nous n'ayons pas à nous inquiéter du transport. Je reviendrais certainement à l'avenir.

Expérience négative: Nous demandions des conseils sur l'épargne pour des vacances futures à Disney. Nous avons demandé des devis dans différents resorts et hôtels. Ils ont promis de nous envoyer les informations par e-mail mais ne l'ont jamais fait. S'ils ne peuvent pas nous aider maintenant, je ne vais pas les utiliser à l'avenir.

Expérience fantastique: Nous sommes récemment allés au site de Cambridge et avons rencontré Bev. Elle était fantastique. Un service client incroyable. Nous sommes partis en nous sentant excités par le voyage et l'offre que nous avons obtenue. Elle a rendu la réservation de nos vacances très facile et nous a proposé une telle offre que nous ne pouvions pas résister. Nous sommes allés en République dominicaine et c'était magnifique. Bev a suggéré quel hôtel serait adapté à nos besoins en fonction de notre budget et je ne pouvais pas demander un meilleur hôtel.

Expérience négative: NE RÉSERVEZ PAS ICI ! Ils n'ont pas de personnel adéquat pour vous aider. Leurs retards ont fait que notre groupe a perdu ses vacances. Allez en ligne ou trouvez une meilleure agence.

Expérience négative: J'ai réservé des vacances en juin 2022 avec la garantie de baisse de prix pour un départ en décembre 2022. Le prix a fortement chuté en septembre, j'ai envoyé un e-mail à Cambridge (Bev) mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Après quelques e-mails, j'ai enfin obtenu une réponse, la baisse de prix a été confirmée par Air Transat au milieu de septembre. Je continue à envoyer des e-mails et soit je n'obtiens aucune réponse, soit on me dit qu'on va me rappeler ou que désolé, j'étais malade. Nous sommes maintenant en mars 2023 et j'attends toujours mon crédit. Je suggérerais de réserver ailleurs, leurs prix sont bons, mais tout ce que vous trouvez sur leur site, vous pouvez le réserver directement avec la compagnie aérienne pour le même coût.

Expérience positive: I have been using Selloffvacations for years before covid and I went into the office to book my sons trip to Cuba and we booked it. Then I asked when will I be getting his tickets and insurance information her repo se you have to print everything off. Well I was surprised that they don’t have a printer. The customer service was great a 5 star but I was shocked that Selloffvacations took all their printer out during covid and didn’t replace them. I like to go to agent to buy my tickets but I’m thinking I might go elsewhere next time.

Expérience négative: J'écris ceci le 14 septembre 2021,... malgré le Covid, il ne devrait y avoir aucune excuse pour ne pas rappeler ou répondre aux emails. Nous avons des milliers de dollars investis et nous avons rebooké 3 fois avec cette entreprise. Maintenant, à seulement quelques mois de notre voyage, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de détails de cette entreprise... principalement de la part de la représentante nommée Bev. Oui, je nomme des noms. On en a assez. Un peu plus de 2 ans. Le service est nul. Je n'attends même plus ce voyage avec impatience. Je veux juste que ce soit fini et fait puisque nous avons été refusés notre remboursement de nombreuses fois. S'il vous plaît, réfléchissez bien à l'utilisation de cet endroit !

Expérience négative: Très déçu, j'ai réservé avec eux pendant des années. Nous partons chaque année à six, des confusions dans les noms, etc. Essayer de modifier des billets après avoir réservé il y a seulement 2 jours, ils ne veulent pas changer nos dates. C'est pour ma sœur qui est en soins palliatifs maintenant, c'est tellement frustrant... Nous n'irons plus jamais chez Selloff.

Expérience négative: Mon fiancé et moi sommes allés rencontrer Bev pour l'aider à planifier notre mariage de destination et après lui avoir fourni nos exigences, elle a dit qu'elle reviendrait vers nous dans quelques jours avec nos options. Après 2 semaines, je n'ai rien entendu, alors je lui ai envoyé un e-mail et elle a répondu en disant qu'elle était malade. Elle a dit qu'elle m'enverrait des informations après le week-end. Cela ne me dérangeait pas, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles d'elle. Même après quelques mois, nous n'avons rien reçu.

Expérience fantastique: I had excellent service last year with Bev and went back again this year and had Kelly help me with a trip for end of March this year and was great answering all the questions and requests that my mom and I needed to know before going forward with the right location for our little trip south for a week. I will always go here for our trips because they are super nice people and really enjoy their jobs, and with the location so good and close to home and great parking it makes it a lot easier to get to there location. My daughter and I are already thinking of taking a trip together next spring and will definitely be going here to book it!!

If she doesn't have the answer she gets it for me, no guess work from Sell of Vacations. If she has not been available Bev has been great to deal with.
