Our connection with them started as a referral from a friend and Lindsay, our agent was able to rangle flight fares back from Air Canada this past summer! Lindsey was very comfortable with us and she was spot on with all the combinations for the vacay and very thorough. Our flight changed and she assisted us with numerous changes as the booking continued. She is very knowledgable because she was able to find us best prices for flights and vehicles, and finally she was able to instruct us on the various expectations for the rules and regulations of going to a US distant destination and returning back to Canada. Agents from the office also assisted us in a very timely manner when she was on her vacation --no hesitation to book holidays through this travel agency it's much more than cruises! And it's not the Internet!!! ✈️⭐️✨

Expérience négative: Pire expérience que j'ai jamais vue d'un agent pour un grand groupe de personnes réservant un voyage pour un mariage de nombreux mois à l'avance. Rien n'a été fait correctement dans tout ce processus. Un grand nombre de chambres ont également été réservées incorrectement et j'ai eu du chagrin pour tous ceux qui ont enduré cette expérience. Absolument non professionnel, désorganisé et très négligent !

Expérience fantastique: Recently booked an Alaska cruise. Our agent David did an outstanding job. He made a booklet containing all the information we needed. He even checked us in to the airline and cruise ship. The person at reception even said wow this is excellent as all our ducks were in order. He made it as easy as possible for us. The only thing he didn’t do was take our covid test LOL. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
