Expérience négative: Email et appel à l'emplacement sans suivi. L'agence de voyage est-elle fermée ?

Expérience fantastique: Ma mère de 80 ans a pris l'autobus de Toronto Pearson à London Ontario le 26 mars 2024 à 17h. Elle a dit qu'elle avait le chauffeur de bus le plus serviable et le plus gentil qu'elle pouvait avoir. Merci pour ce service exceptionnel. Veuillez le reconnaître pour son aide précieuse !!!

Expérience négative: Très utile et a trouvé des solutions pour moi. Personne ne nous a répondu concernant les informations sur le mariage et la lune de miel.

Expérience fantastique: We use Janet from the Byron location and she is just wonderful. Pricing is better than online options for our all inclusive family vacations. She has a plethora of knowledge from her clients and her own experiences. Always great to support a local business and have a personal touch. Takes a great deal of stress off of us knowing we have Janet to help us navigate things post COVID travel.

Expérience fantastique: I have been dealing with Robert Q for more than 22 years, it is the best transportation from London to Toronto Airport YYZ or to Detroit DTW. Luxury / neat buses, experts / friendly drivers and the most important advantage is accurate arrival time to the airport and reasonable prices

Expérience fantastique: Truly I'm very thankful to the both drivers takin me from the Toronto Airport to London and from London to Chatham (Monday night Sep.6). My plane was delayed, I had a very exhausting international trip. To find the bus Robert Q waiting for me and the drivers so helpful with my baggage made me so relieved and happy to get home safely. It is a very reliable, people oriented and a professional bus service. I will use the bus again in the future for sure and recommend to anyone.

Expérience négative: Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du service fourni par Cathy chez RobertQ Byron. Nous avons été invités à un mariage se déroulant en Jamaïque début mai, mais en raison de la situation actuelle, le voyage a dû être annulé. Nous attendons un remboursement depuis le 17 mars. Nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de remboursement et Cathy ne fait rien pour que cela arrive. Elle nous a menti sur le traitement du remboursement juste pour nous tenir tranquilles. Son manque de professionnalisme et de service client est incroyable. Un marié et une mariée sont laissés sans mariage et elle n'a même pas pris contact avec eux pour voir comment ils vont. Je suggérerais fortement de travailler avec n'importe qui sauf Cathy @ RobertQ Byron.
