Expérience négative: Lorsque notre voyage a été annulé, Brenda nous a pressés de rebooker et a menacé que si nous ne le faisions pas, nous perdrions de l'argent. Lors de la nouvelle réservation, nous avons été facturés des frais d'annulation. Il a été annulé plusieurs fois de plus. Chaque fois, NOUS avons payé les frais d'annulation et le prix du voyage a augmenté. Pas de remboursement pour un voyage assuré. Pas de communication. Manque d'action. N'utilisez pas cette entreprise.

Expérience négative: Nous avions un grand groupe de 27 personnes et nous n'avons eu que quelques options de stations, celle que nous avons choisie était horrible et plusieurs de notre groupe étaient très malades. La pire station où j'ai jamais séjourné pour le prix le plus élevé que j'ai jamais payé - quel était l'intérêt d'avoir un agent de voyage pour ça ?

Expérience fantastique: I have used Brenda's services in the past on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased. Over the last several years, i booked simple trips online, thinking that i am saving money and time. I am very glad I turned to Brenda this time though. She helped us solve a problem we had run into trying to book a multi- stop trip for three going to three different countries and then having kids return from Europe to Ottawa separately from a parent and at a later date (extended visit with grandparents). Brenda was able to solve in less than 24 hours what i had been trying to figure out for over two weeks doing research, comparing, and wasting time online, as i ended up not been able to find a solution anyway and ready to give up on this idea altogether. Brenda found tickets for the children on very reliable airlines, with straightforward itinerary, and at a good price, especially considering that we are traveling during the high season and a booking pretty much last minute. The tickets came with a free tips and advice on what to keep in mind for the children's trip back alone. Highly recommended.
