We had a combo of points and payment for our tickets and had two hotels to book for a divided double pleasure trip. Why not stay at two when you want to try new experiences. She helped me with the air canada app as well and we did everything together. She made sure we got our aeroplan points too. I have never experienced such kindness and professionalism. Grâce à Christine, nous avions pu avoir une croisière avec un prix abordable (le choix des staterooms excellent et affordable). Elle nous a renseigné sur des détails auxquels nous n’avions pas pensé et qui nous a sauvé: l’achat du Wi-Fi pour la durée du voyage et à partager ! Cela nous a sauvé de l’argent et du temps! She is so knowledgeable, and offers excellent advice and ideas for making everything go smoothly, including flight connections and hotels when transiting. Her own travel experience as well as her contacts in the travel business gives her a wealth of information about tour companies and destinations. Not only that, but she is always cheerful and pleasant to deal with, as are the other agents in the Maritime office. Highly recommend!

Expérience négative: Called in to see if I could get some better options than the ones I found from my own research. When working with a service provider, I expect them to ask me questions to get more details on what I'm looking for and for us to have a conversation. I felt that the attitude was "I can't do it" before they even knew what I wanted. Very unhelpful, I literally found better deals myself. Heather told me I wouldn't be able to find deals less than $1900 for what I was looking for, but I just found many options myself around $1500-1700 (some even less than that). I'd suggest booking your trip yourself, calling in did not save me time or money.

Lorsque je travaille avec un prestataire de services, je m'attends à ce qu'il me pose des questions pour obtenir plus de détails sur ce que je recherche et que nous ayons une conversation. J'ai eu l'impression que l'attitude était 'Je ne peux pas le faire' avant même qu'ils ne sachent ce que je voulais. Très peu utile, j'ai littéralement trouvé de meilleures offres par moi-même. Heather m'a dit que je ne pourrais pas trouver d'offres à moins de 1900 $ pour ce que je cherchais, mais j'ai juste trouvé de nombreuses options moi-même autour de 1500-1700 $ (certaines même moins que ça). Je suggérerais de réserver votre voyage vous-même, appeler n'a pas économisé mon temps ou mon argent.

Expérience fantastique: Nous apprécions notre représentante Dianne chez Bay à Nanaimo, Maritime Travel. Dianne est très importante pour nous car elle a réservé nos voyages pendant plusieurs années. Dianne fait sa magie et obtient les voyages sans trop de temps d'arrêt.

Expérience positive: Heather was very helpful, and super friendly. She helped us find an amazing place for our vacation. The hotel, the veiws, the beach. It was the best vacation we ever had. She answered all my last minute questions and helped me figure out which tickets I needed for which flights. I would recommend this travel company to anyone and will use it again. Expérience négative: Très mauvaise expérience ici ! La responsable de la succursale de Nanaimo était BEAUCOUP trop occupée pour prendre de nouveaux clients. Nous avons parlé avec elle pendant plus d'un mois et elle ne nous a toujours pas donné de nouvelles concernant les détails de voyage. Cet agent semble être trop occupé et nous a laissés dans le flou. 1 sur 10 pour le service client. Nous cherchons ailleurs maintenant.
