Expérience négative: J'ai traité avec Sell Off Vacations à Saskatoon pendant les 9 dernières années. J'avais reçu un excellent service et des conseils de Greg Klassen (retraité) par le passé, mais j'ai été très déçu cette année en traitant avec Bonnie Morgan et sa superviseure Amanda. Nous avons réservé nos vacances le 9 novembre et lorsque le prix a chuté pendant les soldes du Black Friday, tout ce qu'ils ont dit, c'est que nous avions réservé nos vacances au bon moment pour obtenir une protection de prix, mais malheureusement, vos dates de voyage ne rentrent pas dans les critères. Il aurait été agréable de recevoir des conseils qu'une vente était à venir et que nous devrions attendre pour réserver. Quoi qu'il en soit, mon conseil est de réserver vous-même ou de trouver un agent de voyage qui pourrait réellement vous aider, pas seulement prendre votre argent.

Expérience négative: Trop occupé pour rappeler ou vous envoyer les prix par e-mail. Le service client est très mauvais.

Le service était terrible, PAS DE CLIMATISATION DANS LA CHAMBRE, PAS D'EAU CHAUDE, DES MEXICAINS IVRES FRAPPANT À LA PORTE À 3 H DU MATIN, LE SERVICE CLIENT N'A PAS AIDÉ, LES RESTAURANTS NOUS ONT FAIT ATTENDRE 2 HEURES POUR UNE TABLE QUAND ON NOUS A DIT que nous étions prochains. Boissons diluées.

Expérience fantastique: Walked in, said I want a vacation for a week. Andrea was very helpful and I wouldn't have booked anything with Sunwing but it was 99.8% glitch free and would think about booking through her again. 2 days later on the flight.

Expérience négative: Je suis venu ici avec ma mère plus tôt cette année pour organiser son voyage de retour chez elle en 2024. Le rendez-vous initial avec Joanna était informatif et clair. Nous avons reçu un devis mais attendions des documents en attente pour être finalisés et on nous a dit de les recontacter une fois que c'était fait et qu'ils seraient ravis de nous refaire un devis et de réserver pour nous. Deux semaines plus tard, nous y sommes retournés, prêts à aller de l'avant et aucune réponse n'a été reçue. Joanna était en vacances et avait transféré à Amanda. J'ai donc relancé Amanda, attendu et je n'ai eu aucune réponse. J'ai envoyé un e-mail encore quelques fois après n'avoir pas eu de nouvelles sur une période de quelques semaines et j'ai complètement été ignoré par eux. J'ai décidé d'aller ailleurs si c'est comme ça qu'ils traitent leurs clients. Si c'est leur service lors du premier contact avec les clients, je n'ose même pas imaginer comment cela aurait pu se passer si nous les avions suivis.

Expérience négative: J'ai été extrêmement déçu par mon expérience avec Selloff. Chaque fois que j'ai essayé de joindre notre agent, que ce soit par téléphone ou par email, ils ne répondent pas pendant des jours, si tant est qu'ils répondent. J'ai dû me rendre au bureau et attendre des heures pour obtenir des réponses à des questions simples qui auraient facilement pu être répondues par téléphone ou email. J'ai fait appel à un agent de voyage pour rendre mon voyage plus facile et moins stressant. Cela a été plus stressant d'utiliser cette agence. Avec du recul, il aurait été beaucoup plus facile de gérer et de réserver mes propres vacances. J'ai dû réserver moi-même ma navette, mon ferry et mes voitures de location. Lorsque je suis allé chez un agent de voyage, je pensais, j'espérais, que cela serait fait dans le cadre du service - ce ne l'était pas. Tout ce qu'ils ont fait, c'est prendre mon argent et m'ont ensuite laissé seul galérer pour organiser mes propres dispositions pour nous huit qui partons en vacances à Cozumel. Je ferai ma propre planification la prochaine fois dès le départ puisque, de toute façon, j'ai fini par devoir faire ma propre planification. Ainsi, je n'ai pas à faire d'appels téléphoniques et d'emails à une agence de voyage qui ne répond pas.

She was the best booking agent we have ever worked with and we have travelled a lot! She was patient, cheerful, professional, competent, knowledgeable. I could go on. Today we had to call Sell off again , we dealt with a very rude agent by the name is Anna, she constantly kept telling us she couldnt help us and when we asked what do we do then ? she would reply why are you being so rude to me talking not nice to me!!!! After about 10 mins of us being accused of being rude she then reached out to a manager in Saskatoon by the name of Kim Johnson. I have to say that Kim has been the ONLY AGENT AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS that has been nice to us , treated us with respect, actually helped us with the issues we been having with Sell Off and it was a pleasure to finally after weeks of dealing with sell off to be treated with respect and kindness. I wish all agents were like KIm. THANK YOU KIM JOHNSON FOR MAKING OUR UPCOMING VACATION LESS STRESSFUL!!!!!

Our flight out of Calgary was cancelled due to cartel issues in Mexico. Expérience fantastique: I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Mexico. Before booking I was looking for an travel agent who is knowledgeable, patient and professional. I was lucky enough to get all 3 with Amanda Moshenko. Amanda was incredible, she provided details of the Breathless resort in Puerto Morelos, in regards to what I should expect and the kinds of accommodations that my package would include. I originally wanted to go early in July, but I felt like it just wasn’t a good time to visit (elections). I ended up contacting Amanda the week after everything had finished, but to my disappointment, every package we searched for was much higher than what I was going to pay when I first inquired. I was discouraged. Amanda assured me that she would continue to look for packages for me and notify me about the first one she came across that was within my budget. Although she is a professional and very experienced with travel, I was beginning to feel like I wasn’t going to be able to take my traditional summer vacation. A week and a half before my trip, Amanda sent me an email containing a package for a price that was within my budget and flight times that matched my schedule perfectly. I couldn’t hesitate. The following day I called her and it was set. I ended up having a blast in Mexico, at the Breathless Riviera. Everything was amazing, food, staff and suite quality. If I book for Mexico again I will definitely be looking there first. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with how diligent Amanda was in trying to find me a good package during such a high season. She stayed positive and was always uplifting during our conversations. I live in Toronto, but I will absolutely be contacting her for my next vacation.
