Expérience fantastique: J'ai utilisé Flight Center pour mes 6 dernières vacances et je ne peux pas dire assez de choses positives sur mon expérience. J'ai eu le plaisir de traiter avec Bree Yardley plusieurs fois, Bree est attentive et travaille très dur pour nous obtenir ce que nous recherchons dans notre budget. Elle est là quand nous avons besoin d'aide et toujours disposée à consacrer du temps pour nous offrir le meilleur voyage. Plus récemment, j'ai réservé le Mexique avec Carly, qui a également été très utile pour la réservation et la planification, et pour nous obtenir de super vols vers un super complexe, elle a pris le temps au téléphone pour s'assurer que nous savions ce que nous réservions et que cela répondait à tous nos besoins. L'équipe est aussi une excellente ressource car, avec tant de voyages de clients, elle peut fournir des retours honnêtes sur les complexes et les destinations en se basant sur les avis réels des clients. 10/10 recommande l'équipe de Flight Center !!

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons eu une expérience fantastique en réservant avec Carly la semaine dernière par l'intermédiaire du centre de vol. Carly est incroyablement sympathique, réactive et compétente. Nous voulions réserver un voyage dans la région de Cancún/riviera maya, et Carly avait l'expertise pour vraiment comprendre ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons récemment travaillé avec Gord, qui a fait des efforts extraordinaires pour nous aider à planifier notre voyage de noces au Portugal. Expérience négative: Je donnerais une note de zéro étoile si je le pouvais. Je suis allé deux fois dans le magasin et j'ai donné mes informations. J'ai même pris un moment pour m'asseoir et donner une description des vacances que je voulais réserver pour moi et ma famille. Ils ont dit qu'ils me recontacteraient avec les détails. Cela fait maintenant plus de 2 semaines, et ils ne m'ont jamais recontacté. C'est dommage, car j'étais prêt à réserver et à payer pour des vacances qui coûteraient plus de 10 000,00 $. Je suis allé avec Westjet Vacations à la place.

Expérience négative: Selon la loi, toutes les agences de voyage doivent informer tous les clients au sujet de la Visitax (Mexique) et également fournir un site web légitime et sécurisé où cette taxe peut être payée.

Expérience fantastique: Quel voyage ! Nous avons fait un voyage en Asie pendant 5 semaines et nous ne pouvons que dire de bonnes choses sur Thomas de Flight Centre. Il a organisé un voyage incroyable en commençant par une aventure avec Intrepid pendant 18 jours. Ensuite, direction la Thaïlande à Phuket, suivie du Japon. Tout s'est bien passé et les endroits qu'il a réservés pour nous étaient pratiques et confortables ! Merci Thomas Northup de nous avoir aidés à vivre une aventure inoubliable ! Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience with Flight Center Orchard Park. They were very resourceful and responsive to my needs as a client. They saved me $$ in the long run by recommending a more sensible option for transportation (around Europe) than I originally had in mind. I was going to take the Eurorail between London and Paris but it was cancelled at the last second from the Chunnel being sabotaged. I had no options and Flight Center came to my rescue. They immediately contacted the travel insurance and told us of our insurance coverage. They booked a flight and hotel in little to no time. Hats off to Flight Center, for making me beyond satisfied with their customer service.

Expérience négative: Cet endroit est le pire que j'aie jamais vu, nous avons réservé le billet puis il y a eu un incendie de forêt à Kelowna, nous l'avons annulé. Ils ont menti et n'ont pas répondu à Air Canada pour obtenir le remboursement. Nous avons dû les contacter tous les deux jours pour récupérer notre argent. Nous ne reviendrons plus jamais acheter des billets là-bas. Salut tout le monde, n'y allez pas pour acheter des billets.

Expérience négative: Eh bien, avec cette entreprise et les vacances Westjet, c'est le pire voyage de tous les temps ! Ils ne sont pas là quand vous en avez besoin, et les numéros et les e-mails qu'ils vous donnent ne servent à rien non plus. Inutile.

I didn’t have a good experience with another travel agent because she made me search how much each gift card was ( I had 5 ) that I was using, but when I spoke to Carly, she did absolutely everything for me and make sure everything was perfect. Expérience fantastique: We booked our vacation to St Lucia in late February with Carly. Unfortunately a huge snow storm cancelled our connecting flights in Toronto which ultimately cut our vacation in half when Westjet rebooked them several days later. It took a few days of fanangling on line and on the phone to sort things out and negotiate with Westjet to make everything work out. We ultimately made it to St Lucia and even extended our stay. Carly is the consummate professional in every aspect. Despite how stressed we were with fixing things for our vacation she remained a professional and friendly person to deal with in every way. We highly recommend booking your vacation with her !!!

Expérience fantastique: Dear Candice, I just needed to take a minute to give you some love about our epic trip to East Canada. You created such an incredible itinerary for us with all the pre-arranged extra excursions to keep us rolling along. I definitely feel like we saw so much and my memories of the trip will be held dear forever. So many bucket list activities achieved. You were absolutely right in that PEI took my breath away. Our time there was an absolute highlight. All the Anne of Green Gables stuff was a life thrill for me and you already know I cried with happiness throughout that whole musical!! Our “rustic” Rustico cabin was our whole family’s favourite stop in the 3.5 weeks and it meant something different for all of us. The kids loved meeting other families staying in the cabins and spent the days playing in the giant sandpit, swinging in the hammock and making s’mores each night on the campfire. For me, it made my heart burst to see my babies racing around barefoot on soft, green Canadian grass and having joyous grubby faces covered in sticky marshmallow. These memories are purely Canadian and nothing in Australia can ever replace those. The smell of the campfire in their hair and the glorious PEI sunsets never failed to thrill me. Thank you for helping us change our itinerary to include the Cabot Trail. The scenery was absolutely awesome and the kids travelled well. We were so stoked to have travelled by foot, car, taxi, van, bus, boat, train, plane and helicopter!!! Staying at the Chateau Frontenac was also incredible. It really was a pinch yourself kind of place and absolutely “Fairmont” at its best. I loved how European it felt and have to admit I was rather ignorant to how French Quebec actually is!! Hard to believe that is in Canada when you live in BC. Another bucket list – Niagara Falls and going on the Hornblower at the bottom of the falls. I had wanted to do that since I was a kid and it exceeded all my expectations. We didn’t realise what “Great Wolf Lodge” really was until arriving there and we certainly ended our trip with a BANG and the kids minds were officially blown!! Thanks too, for helping Miriam get to the tennis in Toronto. For her that was a dream come true to see Serena Williams play. It was a HUGE trip and in truth, I’m glad we are home!! Not to say I’m not looking forward to Alaska – I most definitely am and will see you tomorrow to get ourselves organised for the final hurrah of our amazing Summer 2019 care of the best travel agent ever!!

Expérience fantastique: Candice Deba aided my partner and myself arrange for a dream trip to Disneyland and Catalina Island for Christmas. There were some delays and hiccups along the way but she took everything in stride. Grade A professionalism and a real sense of caring for your travels. Felt like she really wanted to help us have a fulfilling trip and she got excited right along with us. Travelling these days, even taking any sort of vacations can be a huge undertaking and a huge expense, and while it might be obvious that a person in the travel industry would, it really felt like she got how big of a deal this was for us. It's not just another trip here or there, it's not mundane. Candice was vital in reducing a lot of logistical stresses in terms of transportation, and not just the air travel; between three airports, two cities, two hotels and an entire day's excursion I'm absolutely sure I would have needed a vacation, after planning this vacation, had we attempted doing it ourselves. Five days away from departure, and it might be my brain trying to catch up with reality, but I'm so happy to not be worried about the actual A-to-B-etc. travel part (for once). Absolute top notch value for our money! We look forward to contacting her again in the future the next time an opportunity arises.

After an initial meeting, she arranged flights, transport and accomodation for us which suited us to a T. We went to South Africa, India and the Maldives. During the trip, we were able to communicate with Candice and she was able to help half a world away. We are very pleased with her and the Flight Center office at Mission Park.
